I'm having a UK CS agent try and check it, but looking at your last post, it was done Friday and you mention you checked the game "yesterday" - that would be Thursday while the Spin Wheel was only available Wednesday on Fruit Spin:Or am I missing something? In the past we did cash payouts a bit differently and the last one we made actually should've been done in the new process. So I wanted to be sure we got it right on this one and had to get a bit of feedback from another department first, meaning I didn't get the request up and running last week. Good news though is that the payout request has been created and it's now awaiting approval from my manager, I don't think he's in Today though so will be another day or two.It'll be much better in the future though it'll still be manual as all cash payments need the type of approval described above.
