  1. @Jhonnytorro the Cashout option is not a guaranteed feature for multiple reasons one of them being changing odds. In the past Cashout was only available for single prematch or single live bets and some time ago it was activated for combination bets as well. The only instance in which it won't appear under any circumstances is when you combine PM Football + PM Tennis, just thought it's worth mentioning. /Ray

Although regrettable that there is an issue and you can't see your bet, it's tied to a technical issue and not a conspiracy to keep your money if your bet is winning. Thought I'll clear the air on that one. The Cash out function, same story, but not tied to a technical error.   10. Hi @chuckles123, generally speaking the rules in Live Roulette state that in order for a bet to become eligible, the ball needs to have 3 revolutions around the wheel. Now if this for some reason does not happen, the stake that was placed on the bet will be reserved for the next valid spin. That being said, we would gladly have a closer look at this for you, we would however, need a concrete round number, the ID of the spin where this happened basically.
