There is a pop up message which prompts players to either Accept or Decline the offer, and decline was clicked on your end based on what I see in our back offices. @bapthhh, We have a bet offer for over/under number of tiebreaks in match, which is offered for the large majority of ATP/WTA level matches. The line is usually 0.5 tiebreaks, i.e. will there be a tiebreak in the match or not, but in some cases involving big servers, the line will be 1.5 tiebreaks. Hope this answers your question. /Ray

I can't say I blame you for feeling this way, putting myself in your shoes I'm sure I would be feeling the same. An error is an error regardless of it's origin and it's an inconvenience for the player and for us as a company as well. We have providers which, well, provide us with the Live Casino product and we, of course, take full responsibility as contractually bound partners with these providers but there has to be some sort of fair resolution to such a mishap that you experienced. The same product is available on multiple sites besides Unibet, it's not something that happened exclusively with us, but I realize that doesn't do anything for you. What I am saying @JoffaD is exactly what is mentioned in my post. If there is an error, the bets get voided due to that error. Not going into specifics here as the "what if's" are endless. Not sure if what you are saying above ever happened and the reason I picked my example is because I've seen it happen a couple of times, thus a real situation that might occur out of a human error. Pushing/knocking a roulette table so hard that the ball jumps out of it's place to another number seems to deviate this conversation of ours into obscurity, I'd rather keep it closer to reality. It's semantics, what I am saying is exactly what you can read, if there's a human or even technical error, the bets get voided or reserved to the next valid round and it is the fairest thing to do for all of the players involved although there's no disputing that some players might consider that they had a fair chance to win.
