  1. OK, thanks for comfirming this (and thanks for your answers). I'm sure the roulette thing have never happened so bad example from my side. I just wanted to point out the difference in voiding a game before anyone have actually been dealt anything or not. I'm still kinda shocked this is actually the rules...If I were at a live casino and had a bet of EUR 500 on a Black Jack table and were dealt a Black Jack with the dealer showing a 6 as face card I would be very upset if the casino voided the game becuase the dealer by mistake pulled 2 cards out of the deck, instead of just one, when he was dealing his second card to himself... Anyway, thanks again for confirming and I guess I've played my last live casino hand at this casino
  2. The reference to the roulette problem is very different as in that case I, as a player, haven't been "dealt" anything. A more comparable situation was if I played roulette and had heavily bet on number 8. The dealer spins and the ball lands at number 8 (after taking 3+ rounds on the table) but then the dealer by accident pushes the table so the ball jumps over to number 9. Would the casino then void the play? I can't see this as being acceptable?!
  3. So what you're saying is that if I, as a player, get a Royal Flush dealt the casino can justvoid it by simply "making a mistake" and hence render my Royal Flush useless?? That's outrageous...
  4. Hi, I was playing Carribean Stud Live. Was dealt Ten+Ten+3 other cards I can't remember. The dealer then by mistake pulled out 6 cards when he was collecting the cards for his hand. Instead of allowing me to bet you voided the game?? This can't be right?? I wanted to bet as I had a pair but was not allowed to due to a mistake on your end...
