@AceJackTwin you were betting on the exact number of full minutes for the listed move/occurrence to be performed first. The suplex happened in just 30 seconds into the match thus I have been advised that the bet settlement should be correct

@Pvernon2210, the Free Bet mentions that in the case that you place a combination bet, the stake needs to be 10/leg, which means that you either place a single bet of 10 pounds, a double in the value of 20 as it has 2 legs, 30 pounds in the case of a triple and so on. It doesn't get clearer than that.

Hi @psrquack, we have indeed received multiple inquiries around the TSG Hoffenheim - Bayern München match, it was suspended in the 77th minute by the referee and when play resumed, the players decided to pass the ball around. Kambi suspended all live offers after realizing this. All bet offers were settled as normal, per the official source. We are not concerned about the integrity of either of these two teams, as we believe this was a combination of the previous suspension of the match and the 0-6 scoreline. If there were any bets between the time that the match was restarted and that the odds were completely suspended, we are more than happy to have a closer look and deal with this on a case by case basis if a bet was placed.

You placed a double and a fourfold with 10 pounds. Please let me know if you need any more information regarding this. I can also agree on the Scheduled Maintenance message, I would need to look into exactly what is the procedure in these cases but I do remember that we did message players in the past regarding these maintenances. I would assume that since these issues lasted around 2 days the guys as soon as they had a fixed they rolled it out not leaving enough time to properly communicate this to our players. But I agree that there should be clearer communication in these cases wherever possible. If you do feel that you were affected financially by these errors, please let me know a bit more in detail and I can look into getting you refunded if that's the case. /Ray
