  1. @GR1ZZL3R, thanks for the praise with the video :), in terms of expansion, I guess we could say that there is an "expansion" plan. I am planning to buy a drone this summer as well and maybe add some cinematography lenses to the collection, create a website....stuff like this. But one thing I don't want to do is to go for quantity in terms of work. I would rather spend another 2 years learning cinematography and photography and work for a high price to the ones that can afford it rather than work cheap and be overwhelmed. I have 2 weddings this summer that I've been hired for and I've gotten a gig with a wine cellar as well shooting their products, so it's working out. It's not allot of money but I'm at the start of this whole thing. I also do some street photography when I have the time, check the spoiler :D (And please let's try and keep a straight face and be adults about the Champagne photos 🤣)

Hi @BadSanta007, I would love to help you, but I would need more information regarding the times that you believe an error happened, preferably the actual round pinpointed in order to investigate this for you. Without exact info it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Live Chat, but without the information mentioned above, I too am unable to help you. Is there no way you could pinpoint the round in question in your account history? /Ray

Hi @BadSanta007, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community :) We would be happy to have a look and I'm sure so are my colleagues from Live Chat, however the procedure in terms of reporting this to our provider requires us to know either an exact round ID of the spin in question or at least the time interval when it happened (1-2 minute interval max).   9. Hi @CDHAFC, the bet you placed was on Over 0.5 Total Corners - 30:00-39:59. The bet was settled as Lost since no corner was taken during the interval. Upon checking, a corner was awarded at 39:49 and was taken at 40:16 and we have settled this in accordance with our rule under B.5.3 which states that: "Occurrences that have not been sanctioned and/or acknowledged by the match/event officials (e.g. disallowed goals) will not be taken into account towards the settlement of the bet. As a general rule, and unless the offer specifies otherwise, Unibet will settle offers based on the exact time that the flow of play was interrupted/resumed (as applicable) by the occurrence in question (e.g. ball went out of play for a throw-in/goal kick or crosses the line for a goal). Bets referring to the accumulation of a particular occurrence (e.g. Total corners) and/or the execution of a particular action, will require said occurrence to actually take place during the time interval specified (e.g. the corner being kicked). In such instances, should the occurrence be only awarded and not taken, it will not be considered for settlement purposes." Based on this, our traders believe that the bet was correctly settled as lost and believe that the settlement shall stand. /Ray

Hi @Papatango656, welcome to the Community :) Sorry to hear about the streaming issues, it's true that we do our best to provide the live streaming service and livescore statistics however they are not guaranteed services because they are projected onsite by third party providers. It can indeed happen, as you experienced, that there a gap in service. We're more than happy to have a look at it and maybe flag it towards our providers though. Is this an issue on all races matches or did it occur only on one race?
