  4. Heya @AndreiBN, thanks for once again reporting this confusing tag for voided bets. I w-mailed the Sportsbook guys with it now and will be chasing it down to see what can be done in this regard. I'm certainly no expert, especially in the code that Kambi's system is running on but I certainly hope that this is not something that would need re writing and it's more of adding an extra classification to the system when bets are voided. I fear the worst though as usually things easily fixable are fixed quicker than "several years". In any case, I'm on it. /Ray

Are the ones given by myself not working either and have you tried registering with them to a tournament? Please let me know and take some screenshots of the issue as we might need to look into this a bit more in detail. /Ray
  7. Hi @Siobhanmc84, welcome to the Community :) If a horse is a non-runner, it will be refunded when the race starts and I do see that a bet placed on Winkanton - Glynn has been refunded recently. If there's another one you referred to, can we please have some specifics?   8. I'm sorry @Coxcox but that is not accurate enough information in order to locate any issue. At the moment there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to play any Free Spins you win or receive. I actually see that you've played them in the past, the most recent was a month ago on Starburst as you mention. They successfully executed and were paid. Please keep an eye out and if you do notice something that you believe it's an error or something of that sort, note down the exact time that it happened and we can look into it for you but as your account is looking at the moment, there isn't any issue that I could place my finger on. /Ray

HI @MaNuZOR, welcome to the Community :) The rules in Lightning Roulette are slightly different from classic Roulette, to be more specific for "straight up" bets, the payout table ranges from 29:1 to 500:1 depending if the number chosen is struck by lightning or not. In classic Roulette you are right in saying that the payout 35:1 however that does not apply here. Please see information board below:

    Hi @PR, I can't seem to corroborate this with information that I've found online, please see link below. https://www.stakers.com/en/results/zambia___zimbabwe-258396228/ Your bet was placed on over 8.5 corners in the first half and stats say there were 8 an you please have a look online as well and see if you find something that we can possibly send to our traders? At the moment it looks like the bet is settled correctly. /Ray

  22. @Purps, I'm afraid you are right on this one. @Nirwe, the player didn't start the match and based on the terms mentioned by our member here, your bet is settled correctly as lost: Section C.14.4:Unless otherwise specified, or indicated in conjunction with the bet offer, all other goal-related bets will require the listed player(s) to play from the start of the match to be valid. Own goals will never count as a goal scored for any selected player. Sorry for the inconvenience, /Ray
