Based on my experience it takes a while to verify myself, couple of minutes more to make the agent understand what is your own promotion, and explain it again. And even screenshot? Should be automatic... Better i just forget about it.

Anyone has problem with the Streakr? I won a freebet 3-4 days ago, but its still not on my account. The terms are misleading as always, at one point winnings are paid when the promotion is over, and at an other point freebets are paid after each round. I never had problem with it before, freebet have been paid after the required amount of winning picks, but not now. Are the terms changed, or its just the trademark Unibet thing, known as "missing freebets"?
