To the first part, i think its rather the other way around. This generation does whatever it takes to be rich and/or get attention. Living on social media, trying to be in any reality show, being a model, an influencer, or if nothing else, showing boobs and selling poo on Onlyfans. There is no limit or shame. Its getting ridicolous, i have lost at least 12 hexapros in a row, while i was ahead most of the time.
