  1. Hi @qb93, https://www.unibet.com/poker/unibetpokerloyalty has all the information regarding moving through the loyalty levels in order to gain access to the level 2/3 freerolls.
  2. @BundleFjoy, I've credited new tickets now. Would like some of them exchanged for higher value tickets? I don't think we have enough €2 games for you to get through them in a month.
  3. I cannot, no. Since before I started working for Unibet, the policy has been that free spins would not be converted to bonus points.
  4. Pretty confident it's broken 😞 Contact live chat and they'll manually complete the mission for you. I warned 2nd line on Friday so you should have no issues.
  5. Ticket is now valid until the end of the next UOS
  6. Hi @benjamin_172, You'll be fine to play in RO as long as it's only for short periods at a time and the majority of your play remains in the UK. I'd also recommend you don't deposit/withdraw while out of the UK.
  7. Sorted the tickets for you @sgriff The next Supermoon will be part of the upcoming UOS which is why it's not in the client yet.
  8. I never said we were not allowed to ask for it, just that because we don't have systems in place to store it so we were requested not to ask for it. We wouldn't need to share anything with any other party. "This player cannot attend the event for medical reasons" is what the event organiser or casino would receive. Done enough GDPR training to know that's not breaking any rules 🙂 GL
  9. I did thank you, you just cut that bit out your quote for some reason. We tried to give players flexibility in uncertain times and you wanted to exploit it for personal gain. The only "shitty work" done was believing that players would follow the T&Cs in good faith and not try to exploit them. A little naive on my part but I'm ever the optimist 🙂 There would have been no additional work caused by the old T&Cs, the question to legal would have just been raised further down the line -if- a winning player had an issue with it. Only a handful of players win live packages for each stop and the issue arising where they can't attend, specifically for a medical reason, is a very small % or maybe doesn't happen at all. The only extra work caused by this was re-writing a few lines in the T&Cs. I've spent more time writing posts in this thread 🙂 Not sure why the T&Cs annoyed you so much in the first place, you don't even play the Unibet Live qualifiers...
  10. Legal said we don't have any systems in place for handling sensitive data like medical records so they asked us to not ask for the information. Unfortunately, this now means we've had to update the T&Cs and we'll have to punish any player that can't attend an event for any reason in order to ensure there is no potential abuse. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and I'm sure players with legitimate health issues that arise leading up to an event will thank you that they will now lose their packages because you wanted to angle shoot for some bonus points 🙂
  11. I have Jurojin set up for more square tables as I can't play on Unibet but when I've played community events I found it actually resized the table and made it more square to fit the dimensions I set up. I have the table slots overlapping slightly so I don't know how well it works for no gaps but since you can customize the slots to the pixel it should be clean.
  12. Should also add this is might just be a Windows issue rather than the poker client specifically. Stars tables tile with gaps as well and a quick Google shows results of gaps when using Windows in-built tiling feature on explorer windows. I would have thought you should be able to configure Jurojin to have no gaps if you have the default dimensions of a table?
  13. Nothing to announce as yet but hopefully a few more live stops in 2022
  14. As per the T&Cs on the live page: If you win a seat/package to an event and do not attend it, you will lose the value of the seat/package
  15. New ticket credited @ladyluckpls
  16. Hi @100HourChallenge, removed the tickets and credited back the BP for you. I thought we'd removed the UO tickets already tbh, will sort it today
  17. Hi @AnimeRat, I've expired the ticket and credited back the bonus points.
  18. Hi @labadabadu, The ticket had an expiry of 21/03/2022 18:30 and the tournament cancelled at 21/03/2022 22:34. This meant your original ticket was returned and expired as the expiry date on the ticket was in the past. I've credited a new ticket for you. Regards Andy
  19. Terms & Conditions The exchangers run every day and are visible in the client 23 hours before the scheduled start €50 to €10 run at 15:15 CET €10 to €2 run at 15:00 CET €2 to €0.40 run at 14:45 CET Only €2, €10 and € 50 Unibet Live tickets can be exchanged. You're only allowed to exchange €50 tickets when you've got less than or exactly 20 * €10 Unibet Live tickets at the time that you buy in to the Exchange Tournament. You're only allowed to exchange €10 tickets when you've got less than or exactly 20 * €2 Unibet Live tickets at the time that you buy in to the Exchange Tournament. You're only allowed to exchange €2 tickets when you've got less than or exactly 20 * €0.40 Unibet Live tickets at the time that you buy in to the Exchange Tournament You're not allowed to join any Ticket Exchange Tournaments if you have got more than 20 * €50 tickets If you're found to breach the T&C, tickets may be expired or converted and you my not be able to join any future Ticket Exchange Tournaments €0.40 and €2 tickets have 7 days validity, €10 tickets have 14 days validity. €50 tickets have 30 days validity. €250 tickets have 180 days validity. Unibet reserves the right to change and withdraw this service at any time FAQ I'm confused about the rules and when I'm allowed to exchange tickets. Can you explain? First thing to look at is the amount of €50 Unibet Live tickets you've got. If you've got more than 20 (0-20 is okay), you're not allowed to do any exchanges - use some of those €50 tickets so you can exchange again If you don't have more than 20x €50 tickets, the next thing to consider is how many of the tickets you wish to exchange to, that you've currently got. If you've got 20 or less tickets (0-20) for the level you wish to exchange to, you can proceed and make the exchange. Let's look at an example. You have a € 10 ticket which you'd like to exchange to 5x €2 tickets. It doesn't matter how many €10 tickets you've got, as it's only the level we're exchanging to that matters; in this case €2. If you've got 0, 1x, 6x, 15x or 20x € 2 tickets, you're all good to go and can join the tournament to exchange the €10 ticket. If you've got 21 or more €2 tickets, you're not allowed to exchange any €10 tickets, so play with that €10 ticket instead or use some of the €2 tickets.
  20. HI @BundleFjoy, based on the backoffice information, no ticket has expired on your account in 2022. It's more likely that the client just isn't showing you all the tickets on your account because you have so many. I can see 3 tickets that were won on the evening of the 18th that are still active your account.
  21. @eisenhowerl, you'll be contacted today with options to convert your ticket.
