What's to be embarrassed about? The bug affected Mac Desktop and Android only and the current issues are related to an ISP, not the poker server itself. GG had issues yesterday, Party a few days ago.. these things happen to every site and the only people who really suffer are shareholders because we make less money. Extended 3 tickets that were due to expire in the next few days

We're still having intermittent connection issues unfortunately that will affect all players.

It's the only tournament I can't get to cancel from my end. Relax are aware and will cancel it as soon as they can.

The notifications don't normally show the full refund, you got the right amount though?

Do you see it before or after the login screen? If after, can you add a screenshot of the login screen please? Looks like a redirect issue but I can't recreate it

What I meant was, for customers with the issue, the issue is the same for that sub-set and there doesn't appear to be a fix yet.

It's the same for everyone. Use the web client for the time being until a fix is done

Stubbe is away for a little while so I'll fill in on this one 🙂 Regardless of what % of Belgian players could enter it, a freeroll with prizes that "encourage" players to play more is considered a bonus and should be excluded based on the text you posted.

There is more value in winning an event than playing for the LB no? Playing the highest variance style possible to get lots of bounties over picking spots and going deep seems like it would result in less profit overall? I've only thought about it for two minutes so there may be a reason to focus on the LB but to me I'd be trying to win the events first and collect the bounties second.
