You're not buying something for £100, you're moving money from one place to another and the value of that currency remains the same. When you want to convert it to another currency to do something with it, an exchange rate applies. This is exactly the same as exchanging money before going on holiday, depending on the market that day, you're going to get a different amount for your £100. It also works both ways as well as when the value of the pound improves, the £100 is worth more in €s when you log into the client. This is standard practice on most poker sites, although they may only do the conversion once on deposit and withdrawal, but the end result is still the same.

Hi @Koreanwannabe, your local currency balance will not be changing every day but your € balance will depending on the exchange rate every day. This is normal and will go up or down depending on the EX rate. This is updated every day.

There is an issue specifically was Estonian customers where the free spins are crediting to the wrong version of Money Train 2. These need to be manually recredited in order for them to work and I've been doing them in bulk every few days. There will be another bulk credit today. There was an issue for Irish customers as Money Train 2 just didn't exist on the unibet.ie domain so the spins could not be accessed. This has been resolved.

Due to France being a ringfenced market, you'd be unable to play on the global Unibet client when in France. You'd need to have an account on.fr and play on that network. They're also running UO sats.

Yeah, there is a seat only buy-in tournament in the client just now, just search for "direct" and it'll appear along with a package direct buy-in. You'll get an email from the UO team after registering asking which day you'd like to register for.

@Dr-Hookman1, the money is in your account now. Apologies for the delay, seems that the option to credit winning to accounts wasn't really supposed to be an option in the first place (one player that requested it doesn't even have a Unibet account) so it caused some confusion.

Here is the information that appears during registration on the NL site: "To be able to register on the Dutch site, it is a requirement to also live here. Naturally, the citizen service number (BSN) will also be required. This is also referred to as a social security number (social tax number). The BSN is the unique number for every citizen of the Netherlands. Need more information about obtaining the citizen service number? Follow this link ." As it'll be a new account, it won't be tagged to your current affiliate so you would not be eligible for existing rake races. I'd recommend withdrawing any funds from your RO account before you move to NL as you may have difficulty accessing the account once you move.

It is not possible to exchange tickets won via freerolls. The prizes are there by design and if you don't want them you shouldn't really play the freeroll 🙂 The Unibet Open package at the end of September includes a hotel and spending money if you're looking to avoid hotel booking and some flight costs.
