  1. The text also doesn't say generic either 😎
  2. Hi @RX7_Dagonet, I've manually completed the mission step for you. I think the description is clear but the mechanics behind it are flawed in that it should take into account when the tournament starts and/or when you register rather than when you are eliminated or the tournament finishes.
  3. We don't have either option built into the software at this time. They problem with both formats is that they're time consuming for players. If you win your HU/Shootout match early you have to just wait until everyone else is done and because that can be an unquantifiable amount of time it can be off-putting for anyone that only has a finite amount of time to play. I could see a zoom style HU tournament working though. We (the poker product) don't have any control over what responsible gambling tools are available to you on an account level so this is one of the few ways we can try to protect players. It would be very easy for us to make everything unlimited re-entry to generate bigger GTDs and make more money but I don't think that's good for the players both in terms of their enjoyment (there is always feedback that players don't like to see unlimited RE) and as part of our responsibility to ensure players are gambling responsibly.
  4. In addition to what Stubbe said, you can just assume that all PKOs will have a 50/50 buy-in split and a 50/50 payout distribution unless it's specifically stated in the name of the tournament that it's different. There shouldn't be any tournaments in the schedule just now that don't follow that structure. If you've found one, let me know!
  5. @Stubbe-Unibet, you need a product bug thread 😛
  6. Yes it is. There are no €1/€2 majors.
  7. Echoing what Stubbe said, I don't think a €250 weekly would be sustainable just now. The weekly €100s were €200 and now they're at a lower price point they do better and have bigger GTDs than the €200s did. It's also easier for us to get qualifiers in with the €100 tree open for multiple events. I think the easiest option would be to upgrade the Sunday Wrap to €50 buy-in and see how it does before adding a 2nd one.
  8. Not going to run it on the week the Supermoon is running for just now
  9. As previously mentioned, overlay or not, we don't want to generate generic tickets because it's no help to us if those 4/6 tickets end up being one buy-in in 4/6 random tournaments.
  10. It's very likely luck of the draw when it comes to CS agents unfortunately. Since I started 2+ years ago, every new CS agent has specifically been shown how to correctly pull game stats for a player and generate them in a file. I unfortunately cannot ensure they remember how to do it, or do it properly when requested. Some don't even bother trying and raise it as a 2nd line case so someone else will do it and some just don't deal with poker related queries enough to really have an understanding of what you're asking for. They've also added a new layer of complexity recently by requiring the files to be password protected, which is probably slowing down the process as well. A lot of the issues you're having sound like they just filtering problems. By default, the report shows every game type and the results aggregated per day. Files can only be downloaded when a specific game type (Cash/MTT/SNG/Hex) is chosen. The default filename does contain the format so I'm not sure why they're altering it and making it difficult to tell them apart. Cash game results can be filtered by stakes so that for each day each stack played is on a separate line, and it sounds like this happens sometimes which is good, because that's what I show them 🙂. They shouldn't be sending you separate files per cash stake and format though, you can do the filtering yourself. We have to draw a line between being helping and wasting agents time somewhere and filtering in excel is not hard. The tournament formats cannot be broken down like this so you're going to get an aggregate report unless you specifically ask for stakes and then you'll get a separate file per stake. You can also ask for a tournament history report that will show all tournament formats individually with buy-in, finishing place and prize but will not include any rake information. 14/10/2022 Banzai Hold'Em NL50 30/10/2022 Traditional Hold'Em NL50 I checked the output when filtering by all cash stakes and it does split them by format so I'm not sure they were combined in one of the reports you got. When you're making the request it's probably best to ask for cash games (all stakes), MTTs, Hex and SNG for [insert date period here]. The agents are not going to give you more info than you ask for and I think if you ask for "October results" or something similar they'll likely just do one game type.
  11. It didn't run, I missed Sunday out of the template for some reason. It'll be there this week.

  13. I don't there is any relevance in comparing the Stars schedule (or GG, Party, 888 or anyone else with a big global footprint) to ours. I imagine Stars have 50x or more of the player pool at peak EU time and they also have the Americas (I expect Brazil is now their biggest market after closing Russia) so they can run a schedule that's basically a copy/paste every few hours. Stars ran just over 90 regular schedule tournaments in peak EU time when I checked at the start of the year. The closest thing to a direct comparison is going to be the iPoker network as that contains a number of Euro focused sites and is much closer in terms of size. When I checked their schedule in Feb/Mar time they had 35 regular schedule tournaments between 17:00 and 23:00 CET. We currently have 39. Yeah, meant the €5. Tag is removed from the template, just forgot yesterdays active tournament. Start time didn't move but if you slow a tournament down, you increase the late reg time, which gives players more time to get in so it's not surprising it got more entrants. I don't think an assumption can be made that it now looks like a more appealing tournament. It's been a long time since I played on Unibet as a player so I'd forgotten all the old bounty payouts were weird 🙂. I was referencing the structure/players per table rather than the bounty setup. I haven't gotten to a point of deciding yet. Just to confirm, you're only talking about the bounty payout being something other than 50/50 and not the buy-in split between bounty and prizepool? 70/30 (bounty/prizepool) buy-in split with 50/50 bounty payouts vs 50/50 (bounty/prizepool) buy-in split with 70/30 (bounty/cash) bounty payouts
  14. Credited now, no idea about the PMs tbh. It's doing weird things when I log in
  15. The pause has been extended until Tuesday 8th Nov.
  16. I can't see any recent live chat or email requests for results. You'll need to contact live chat again to request your results.
  17. It does sound like you're talking about a very specific and small subset of players that only play reg speed, non-qualifiers. The idea that someone would go from playing the schedule to not because there are 1-2 less tournaments to play seems extreme but ultimately if we end up getting reactivated or new players that go from 0 to x tournaments and existing players to add additional tournaments to their sessions then it's a trade off that we're willing to make if population prefers the schedule the way it is. The turbo changes are not just customer feedback, it's industry trend. Other sites are moving towards this structure as well and they have many more customers and data to back up the change. The feedback isn't really that people don't like slow tournaments either, it's just that they want them to be quicker at the end of the night. I wouldn't say that's unhappy feedback, more of a suggestion we implemented. As mentioned in an earlier post, payouts in PKOs that are 6-max will be flattened from today. I'll change a couple of the filler PKOs to non standard for a bit of variety. There are a lot of contradictions going with the rest of your post. You don't like turbos/hypers but want changes to them, you think 9-max is tight yet you want PKOs, a format that favours action, that are 9-max. It's all very confusing. Having said that, I've changed the Battle Royale to 9-max since there are two €5 6-max PKO majors and slowed down the €10 €400 Freezeout PKO so it's not turbo. I can't change the Cage to 9-max because it's 6 min levels and all turbos should be 6-max right? 🙂 Battlegrounds is a copy of the Ice Giant that always did well so don't see a reason to change that either. For new point 2, it's around or before 1am and most are finishing before. If you want them to finish even earlier then we need to lower the level times and that doesn't seem like something you'd want so you're asking for the impossible really. Appreciate the feedback, nice to be able to look at it on a more granular level.
  18. For 1, I agree and I'll be fixing it today. There are two bounty payout options in the BO and turns out one is a bit more extreme than the other. I'll fix all the affected tournaments today and it'll take affect from tomorrow. @DonkeyHunteralso mentioned this so thanks for bringing it to my attention. We don't have the functionality in the client to facilitate deals at this time. For 2, there are sats of different speeds throughout the schedule so you should find something comparable to the old schedule. The slower qualifiers are basically 6 min levels and the hypers are 4 min so there isn't really much room in between. Looking at the old "Qualifier to €10 2 TIX" generic qualifiers, they ran for about an hour and were 4 min levels with 3k (100bb) starting, so hypers as well. Looking at the generic 2 ticket qualifiers (6 min) we are running now, they're lasting 1h-1h 15min so there really isn't much difference between them. We're trying to GTD more tickets in the qualifiers which will ultimately mean they run longer.
  19. Any tournament that comes up in the bounty filter should work.
  20. I did just haven't had a chance to get round to replying 🙂 The leaderboard filter I believe was for an old Player of the Year promo that ended last year. It's probably something that just needs removed at this point. While you're right that technically some events are part of a leaderboard just now I think the major filter plus the fact all majors that count for the LBs are marked with (major) in their name and they're all bright red is probably enough for players to understand what is and isn't included in the only MTT leaderboard running 🙂 Ten-Spot does run every day. The only majors that don't run daily are the €100 ones and technically the €50 Sunday Saver, which is just a bumped up version of the €10 Daily Saver that runs the rest of the week. Tickets are generic for all majors of that buy-in so you may have used it for another major?
  21. It will be today pending any issues with the leaderboards. Doesn't seem worth paying out the low LB on it's own on a Monday and then doing the Overall and High on a Tuesday after the Supernova concludes.
  22. I've extended them for a month for you.
  23. The bug hunt is paused until Thursday.
