  1. Just waiting to kill them off tbh 🙂 Without the bubble burster mechanic being built properly they're just not very good tournaments. Very likely will be replaced as a daily special.
  2. Hi @LuckyDuck2012, welcome to the community. As per the terms of the bonus you chose during signup, you're required to make a deposit of at least €10 (or equivalent in local currency) before the bonus will become active.
  3. https://www.unibet.com/promotions/poker-promotions/poker-live-events Players can only win one tournament package for every stop. Any additional packages won will not be exchanged, transferrable and the value will be lost.
  4. First final will be on the 5th of February
  5. Yeah, we're not going to actively advertise software that can be used to break our game rules.
  6. Yea, of course, especially as I'm publicly saying you can unofficially use it 🙂 I expect we'd announce that you're not allowed to use it first rather than just blocking everyone.
  7. A false positive is when a positive result is actually false. If you're genuinely just using PT4 and Jurojin then this would be an example of that and you have nothing to worry about.
  8. Does PT3 even still exist? Officially, no software should interact with the Unibet Poker client. It's a hard rule, no exceptions. Unofficially, Jurojin is fine because I asked them to disable all functionality besides basic tiling because that offers no advantage against other players. It's the reason you can't even have the RNG on the tables, I want to make sure there is no confusion about things being overlaid on the tables. You're still using it at your own risk and we could block you in future and tell you that you're not allowed to use it but I think it's highly unlikely given that the Jurojin Devs basically do whatever I ask of them 🙂 For any other software that claims compatibility with Unibet, they're on the naughty list whether you actually use them with the client or just on other sites. Basic rule is if it -could- interact with the client, then don't have it running while you play. Software that's doesn't interact with the client, like PT4 and HM3, are fine to run alongside the Unibet client. There is also the small chance of false positives so if you believe you're doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about and you can request CS to unblock your account and continue to play. We're not accusing anyone of being Potripper here, just highlighting a prohibited tool has been detected. If you're doing nothing wrong you'll be fine.
  9. There was an issue with event 11 not being tagged to the correct LB which was resolved earlier in the week. Did you see 6 points when you logged in today?
  10. Can't fix it now it's running. Should be done by 2am CET
  11. I'm deleting the duplicates and moving sats in the mornings before events so this one is known
  12. There are a number of PLO related links on the site https://www.unibet.com/poker/tutorial/basics-of-pot-limit-omaha - Can't embed age restricted vids so sends to Youtube https://www.unibet.com/poker/guides/omaha-poker-for-beginners-1.738313 https://www.unibet.com/poker/guides/starting-hands-in-pot-limit-omaha-1.821383 Also, don't you want them to not know the rules? 😉
  13. Some look broken, some look ok. Looking at one that already ran the € value is what the starting bounty is so 50% of the buy-in or €25. You can see for a KO players were getting 70% of €25, which is €17.50. 30% is what % is added to your bounty after every elimination. It's not very clear what the % in the brackets relates to so I'll see if we can get that improved in future. SKS 16 looks fine SKS 17 should have €15 as the bounty, not €7.50. Think I did 30% of 25 rather than 50 SKS 23 looks fine SKS 24 should have €7.50 as bounty. Think I did 70% of 5 instead of 10. SKS 28 is fine SKS 26 is fine. €10 to you.
  14. Sorry for the late reply but yes, I am denying this. We'll probably never know exactly why the two inputs required to move the slider from the default min position to max and then to tap the bet button happened but we can say for 100% certainty it wasn't the client. This leave human or device error and we're not liable to refund due to errors caused by either. Even offering a partial refund as goodwill sets a dangerous precedence where any customer could claim the the client made them go all in, either as a pure freeroll or because they were colluding with another player to try and make some money. I'm 100% confident you were not trying to do either of those things but the rule needs to be black and white here.
  15. Not sure how I managed to miss two levels. Good spot. €10 ticket so you can play the mini main
  16. I wasn't suggesting you bet first and then called off, I just referenced the button that is used to bet or call, depending on the hand status. I did take it seriously. I checked the hand to see if your inputs were outside the realm of human capability, which they were not, and then tested to see if I could recreate it, which I could, and faster. The value of the pot is irrelevant to the decision here and your previous play is also not relevant to your ability to accidentally tap two areas on your device in quick succession.
  17. There won't be a refund for this I'm afraid. It takes two separate inputs on the mobile app to have the slider move to max and for you to call which isn't something the client is programmed to do for any reason. It needs human interaction. Those two inputs are right next to each other as you can tap on the word max to move the slider instantly and then bet/call is right under it. We can see how long it took for you to make the bet and it wasn't quick enough to have been automated. I've recreated it in a quicker time in testing so it looks like a very expensive misclick.
  18. They were still there, just in an odd order. There was a lot of manual work done by the old tournament director to get qualifiers in the client on target day that I'll be trying to automate for next months tournament so there are extras and a consistent path so you can go through the tiers same day.
  19. One Day event. Using a new "series structure" which has more chips but doesn't actually change the starting stack in bb. Two day events are clearly marked with [2-Day Event] in the tournament name
  20. It'll be gone again 🙂. They'll appear tomorrow. There will be a 10 ticket Mega on Sunday at 18:00 CET and a 4 ticket at 17:00 CET. Some extra flips around start time for the degens too.
  21. Should start appearing in the client in the next couple of hours if I've done everything right
  22. Do you have filters on? This is tonight's schedule from 8pm CET and there are tournaments available
  23. The Level 2 freerolls are just set to run weekly so sometimes it'll hit early in a Q and sometimes it won't. €5 of rake in 2 days is not particularly hard to achieve. If registration isn't open, the lobby doesn't appear open when clicking on the ticket. The tournament is actually in the schedule and can be searched as normal. Could probably be improved to show regardless of registration state. RB % doesn't increase between 4-1 and 6-0 and MTT players pay the lowest rake so the loyalty system really shouldn't be much of a thought IMO. You get much more value from the overlay and soft fields over the loyalty system.
