  1. Extended them until the end of the month
  2. They're gone. It didn't fall in line with our policy around open freerolls.
  3. Hi @Grannen, you'll be contacted by a member of the team regarding your entry. You do not need to use the tickets that you have to register the direct buy-in tournaments in the client. You'll be given the option to choose which events to enter when contacted.
  4. If money won includes bounties then there is little to no difference between the winnings. 9/2 Ten-Spot - €1,573.20 PP - Winner got €377.69 9/2 Cage - €1,532.72 PP - Winner got €135.14+€240.05 = €375.19 Swings might be a little higher in PKOs but it's the nature of the beast really.
  5. Hi @Ishter11, The ticket you have is for the quarterly loyalty freeroll. The next one will run at the start of April but isn't in the client yet.
  6. Originally I wasn't going to give you €5 as technically it's a legacy mistake as I've not been putting GTDs in the descriptions both because the GTD is obvious in the lobby and to eliminate issues like this but I did change the GTD so should have fixed the description so.. €5
  7. Short answer to this is going to be no 🙂 Even with the higher cancellation rate since the change, we're generating more tickets per day than with 1 ticket GTD. It's just the evening ones that are causing a problem so I've just removed them. It's a change that's really only going to affect the hoarders 😉
  8. Looking at the image, you're getting 10 BP rewards from the current level of the loyalty system and you've highlighted the text that says on the next level you'll be getting 15? Also, this has nothing to do with MTTs, get outta my thread! 😄
  9. There are already lots of regular schedule tournaments on a Sunday so adding more seemed redundant. One of the happy accidents of the new regular schedule is that we're basically running a series ever week so there isn't too much room for additional events until we grow a little more. Yes, he's confirmed he'll play all 3 buy-in levels. 1. Glad there is something there for you 2. I don't think anyone can argue that PKO > KO from a popularity standpoint. The addition of regular KO is more to add some variety to the series and to add some strategic elements to some events that players are not used to. This would have been the same had there been an Ante-up event or a Banzai event or any other of the niche formats we could have used. It's always going to be a fine balance between "something for everyone" vs appealing to the masses and something like a KO event feels less jarring that ante-up for example. 3. Yes, we'll run extra sats and tickets won in majors qualifiers that run just now will also be valid for series events. With there being no nano tier we'll make sure to have lots of value in the lowest level qualifiers. 4. I'm not sure what the bounty prize will be yet on the head of Magnus but I know Seb will be doing lots of promotion around it. The last time we ran something in collaboration with Magnus there was a huge turnout. This sounds off topic 🙂 It is worth mentioning here that a Banzai tournament was not added to this series as I was uncomfortable with the idea of a €25/€50 Banzai tournament and it's ability to run well and the fact that the nightly Banzai games had not been performing well pre Xmas. I'll make sure there is one in the UOs later in teh year though. It seems weird to run the phase ones 1 hour apart and then change the start time of one of them for phase two. The structure will be a little faster than the one used during the World Cup so I don't expect any issues with it running really late into the night. Thanks for all the feedback guys.
  10. You didn't get a response before now because we don't officially work weekends and you posted on Saturday evening. I've also been sitting in a health centre all morning so that's my excuse for today 🙂 I've blocked the alias, and another that looked similar. They were on a RO account so I'm not sure if that makes it more or less offensive to other Romanians?
  11. They're in the client now but not available to players in all markets.
  12. @Seb-Unibetwill hopefully know the answer to that one 🙂
  13. Nothing has really been changed really regarding qualifier vs flip quantities since the new schedule launched and I'll be looking into reducing flips in the coming weeks. For general reasoning behind having flips, it's mostly time. Casual players might not have time to play a 1-2h qualifier before the target event so flips provide a quick (if high variance) way to get in. Sometimes players get tickets they don't really want to use as well so it's an easy way for them to spin it up.
  14. Variety is the spice of life and it's 3 out of 120 events 😛
  15. Yes to both 🙂 There will be SPC qualifiers and major tickets will work for events.
  16. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wxwPJv9sx_AoPpXiZsQw12r6nReJ9oea_QiKJRin7cI/edit?usp=sharing You can now check out the draft for the new tournament series we'll be running at the end of the month, the Spring Poker Championships (SPC). There will be leaderboards for the low/mid/high tiers as well as an overall LB and new event winners avatars. All events will have a new SPC theme/background and FT table. We'll be using the "series" blind structure that was tested during the Slobberknocker series so 15000 chips is a 100bb starting stack, 30000 chips is a 200bb starting stack and so on. You've got about a week to get any feedback in before the templates start getting made so if you see any issues or have any suggestions, please let me know.
  17. It's a long standing bug caused by a player being eliminated very early in the tournament. If you look at the eliminated player here, they have a 5 next to them because they were eliminated when only 5 players were active in the tournament. The software then caps registration to ensure the payout table doesn't reach a point where there would be 5 prizes. It would take some major work on the server to resolve so I don't expect it to happen any time soon. My suggestion (and I know it's a weak one) is to register on time so that you can take advantage of situations like this as capped tournaments tend to overlay.
  18. This is an old article related to when Unibet Poker was on the MPN network, which no longer exists. There is no option to customise bet buttons or auto-topup at present.
  19. Fixed them. The flips are capped and have a min player amount that means table snipping is not possible so there was no reason for the reg to close early.
  20. There is a reason all the new tournaments have very minimal descriptions 😄 €5
