  1. Missed your feedback in the mix @Trophies, apologies. For the Ten-Spot I think we just got lucky/unlucky depending on how you look at it on day 1, last night ran for 5 hours and was right around the GTD. What buy-in level do you think is missing between the IronMan and the Stack? The Supernova Mini has been removed for just now until we see how things go. The Ten-Spot is quite close to the old €10 Supernova Lightning, just has a smaller starting stack and 9 min instead of 8 min levels. Nothing planned just now for early on Sunday. BST/GMT countries don't make a huge part of our player base compared to later euro timezones. Can look into doing some boosted versions of existing afternoon tournaments on a Sunday though. All the normal Supernova superqualifiers will still be there. We probably won't be adding another buy-in level at this time. The jump between €2 and €5 isn't that big IMO
  2. It's very likely we'll partner with some event organisers running events in the UK either this year or early next year. Don't have any concrete details yet but we'll announce it when we do.
  3. I'll need to double check the old numbers but there was no intentional change between 6/9 max and it ended up being almost 50/50 for the peak schedule for balance. I'd love to have 8 max but the client doesn't support it so it would require some product development. The Titan was changed on purpose to see whether or not what your suggesting about it being the most popular tournament is true or not and it turns out it isn't. If it was indeed the most popular tournament, it would have hit 4k last night with everyone that played it last week coming back, but it didn't. The Titan did so well because it was highlighted and had a massive GTD compared to every tournament around it, not because it's a good format. We've also made a conscientious decision to move away from R/A tournaments in general as they're not good for players, we got lots of complaints about them and they're exploitable for players who know how to abuse them. Barry Carter wrote a good article on R/A tournaments HERE that explains the issues.
  4. Got a CS manager looking into it. We'll get them sent to you. You should have been sent your results on first contact, apologies.
  5. As a real world example, the Title Fight (a PKO which players should be registering from the start to maximise their ability to win as much of the prizepool as possible) started with somewhere between 60-80 players. Had we not allowed late registration on that the tournament then it gets a 4k GTD instead of a 10k one. Had we not had re-entry, 2k of the eventual prizepool would have gone. I've tried to do as much as I can to reduce late reg and re-entry as much as possible. With very few exception you cannot register a normal tournament now with less than 20bb. This is much higher than some competitors, who allow registrations with <10bb, and reduces the late registration time. I also really wanted to limit all majors to a single re-entry but we had concerns about meeting the new GTDs and went for 2. I still think we'll be able to reduce it to 1 in the future and I'll be checking to see what kind of impact it would have on the tournaments once we get some more data. We want to do right by the players whenever we can but we also have to try and be competitive against sites that offer unlimited re-entry and 5bb registrations to help them generate much bigger prizepools.
  6. Sped up the slower qualifier by a minute to see if we can get it done by start time.
  7. There are still 50c nano tournaments in the schedule so you're not forced to play qualifiers if you don't want to, unless you have some leftover tickets. Short answer is no. It doesn't make sense for the business because we'd have to lower the GTD, which is the opposite of what we're trying to do with the new schedule. It doesn't make sense for the players because the prizepool is smaller and also because re-entry tournaments are the norm now and population prefer them. We live in a world of 10 second videos and instant access so players want the flexibility to register late or play their favourite tournament more than once. We're not trying to end tournaments earlier either. We wanted to make sure that the majors finished at a time that was good for casual players that had work in the morning but beyond that no tournament is in the schedule because we want it to finish in a specific time frame. There has been a general shift towards more turbo/hyper tournaments because population prefer them (for the reasons above). There is a €10 freezeout major if you want to reminisce about online poker from 10 years ago 🙂 Will sort that today, thanks for flagging.
  8. They shouldn't. As these were existing tournaments they were on my post launch to-do list. They'll be updated today.
  9. The favouriting works based on the tournament template and the way templates work in the back office is not great. In order to get the majors to appear before the 24th I had to create a template that showed the tournament x days in advance. Then I had to copy it and have it start from today onwards and generate a new instance of the tournament every day. As you favourited the tournament that came from the first template with only one instance, it won't show any tournaments from the second template.
  10. This is possibly a product bug, rather than a tournament setup bug. Tagging @Stubbe-Unibetjust in case it's a bug but I suspect because you're filtering, pinned tournaments are removed from the top but will appear in the correct place in the schedule if you scroll down?
  11. An expensive booboo there 🙂 I set the rebuy level to the same as the late reg one and that breaks things. Hopefully fixed for tomorrow one, definitely fixed for Wednesdays one €5
  12. Well outside the remit of the bug hunt but @Seb-Unibetwill thank you for finding the promo copy issue 🙂
  13. If the players support the qualifiers then the GTDs will grow. Nothing is fixed here but I'd rather go up than down. There has to be a reason for us to intentionally offer tournaments that overlay. There has to be a means to an end. Generic qualifiers for tickets that can be used on any tournament do not do that. Taking up schedule space with 3 different Nano buy-in levels doesn't do it either. The Nanos in general don't really do that. When I looked at the data, players were not moving up and were happy to live rent (rake) free while Unibet took the cost. I want to put stuff in the client that offers good value to players and especially at the lowest buy-ins because part of the fun I get out of playing is spinning up some tiny buy-in into a decent payday but I also have to feed my kids and answer to a boss about tournament costs now 🙂. If were incurring costs, there has to be a good reason for it. With all that being said, I'm open to adding a 10c buy-in level. After the LBs are finished, we could add a €1 and/or €2 major as another option. Everything (with the exception of qualifiers to generic tickets) is on the table and I want the schedule to be a collaboration so open to all suggestions 🙂. The schedule should be treated as a work in progress for the foreseeable future...
  14. Just the kind of feedback we're looking for 🤝. I'll be completely honest here and say I had no idea we even had 20c qualifiers and completely ignored them while making the new schedule. We're not trying to cost cut or anything like that, it was just an oversight in the schedule creation. This is also the reason why we have this thread, because we knew I'd miss things players would see instantly and we were prepared to make quick changes when they made sense. Times are in BST (or GMT when the clocks change) and it's very likely some of them will go away if they frequently don't start but we'll try and keep them all in if players support them.- The first level in both of these types of qualifier are 10 minutes long to give players a chance to get into them with a decent stack. It's something we're testing so I'd love to hear any feedback anyone has on them. The new schedule isn't about removing things or making things harder for certain players of specific buy-ins but it was about stripping things back so that every tournament in the schedule was worth having, it's as appealing as possible to the most players and it's simplified and easier to understand. We'd rather have less tournaments overall but have them offer more in terms of prizepools and/or ticket GTDs so they're more appealing to more players. With regards to generic tickets, it doesn't really help anyone if we generate 20x €1 tickets a day and they end up as 1 buy-in for 20 different tournaments when we could have 10 buyins go into 2 tournaments to help with GTDs or know those tickets are going to help start qualifiers at the next level. We know that means it's a little more restrictive for players, which is why tickets bought from the bonus shop will remain completely generic, but the goal is to try and maintain and grow the majors, and in turn, the rest of the schedule.
  15. There won't be generic qualifiers generating tickets that work on any tournament any more, they'll all be qualifiers to major tickets. The only way to get generic tickets will be by buying them in the bonus shop. The €1 qualifiers that look like they're targeted all pay out major tickets so they act as replacements for the old schedule qualifiers.
  16. Didn't even realise 20c tickets existed 🙂 Added some very generous flips to €5 tickets and some 20c -> €1 major feeders too.
  17. I would consider Elrons tournaments promotional and not part of the regular schedule but I admire your dedication to finding things that are not right so you can have a couple €5 for your troubles. Elrons tournaments will stay but probably not as they exist today. I need to have a talk with him after things calm down and see how we can refresh and improve what we do with him.
  18. No plans at present. There are only a certain number of slots in the schedule for tournaments and using them on niche formats seems like a waste compared to adding more popular formats. If the new schedule is a success and we see room to add additional tournaments then we'll of course consider adding more niche formats. They'll likely still be included in series and things like that.
  19. Hi everyone, Starting a separate thread for feedback and discussion about the new schedule as to not clutter the promo thread and bug hunt thread. Try to be as constructive as possible please.. if you don't like some of the changes, that's fine, but please explain why you don't like them when posting. If you like the changes, please also let us know, so we can look to add more of the things that are popular in future.
  20. €5. Appreciate the honesty too. It's a generic text for all flips as some of the supermoon qualifiers have secondary prizes. 2x €5.
  21. It's a bug that has appeared since the last release and unrelated to the schedule.
