The 200 euro Majors Freeroll is no longer showing in the lobby due to poker server issues. What will happen about this freeroll as it is owed to players for being level 2 status.

Converting to a regular 10 euro ticket would be perfect but a 5 euro ticket would be fine aswell as there is the 5 euro SPC main event on Sunday but there are no 10 euro SPC tournaments on Sunday.

Hi i have just played in the 150 euro SPC freeroll and won a 10 euro ticket but it is only valid for 2 tournaments which are both tomorrow and i am unavailable tomorrow. Please would this be able to be changed to a regular 10 euro ticket so i can use it another day. My user is shipallin

What must have happened is i clicked to continue and then accidentally clicked on 'no thanks' on the 30 free spins which removed them. Please can you readd them as i completed a mission for them. -
I just completed my poker mission to get 30 free spins on money train 2 slot. When the slot loads, i clicked the click to continue button on the slot a few times as it wasn't loading and it rejected my 30 free spins. Please can you readd these.

Hi, i accidentally bought a 5 euro hexapro banzai ticket with 500 poker bonus points instead of a regular 5 euro hexapro ticket. The reagular hexapro games run all the time however i've been registered in a 5 euro hexapro banzai with the ticket for 30 mins now and still no one has joined. Please can you exchange this for a regular 5 euro hexapro ticket.

Hi stubbe@unibet . I'm a bit confused what do you mean. Are you able to exchange my ticket for me or even a ticket of lower value as i didn't realise there was only one tournament available that i could use it on and i won't be available on that day?
