I've not seen any of the emails you sent or received from CS and they have no bearing on my decision. There is nothing stupid about mentioning it's 10% instead of 20% because you can and could have checked the hand history to confirm that before publicly claiming you lost more chips than you actually did and neglecting to mention you won the heads up in your original post to exaggerate a much smaller situation Ultimately this comes down to a mis-click. You tried to press a button on the HU game to sit back in and before you did that it switched to the table that required an action, as it's supposed to do if you have the setting enabled. It's unfortunate, but it could happen to anyone at any time. I'll raise the position of the play button with the product manager to see if we can get it moved so potential future mis-clicks can be avoided but beyond that there nothing else to be done.

If you miss a hand due to being on your home screen or another app you'll be sat out and shown as disconnected in the hand history. You did appear to not play the first hand of the HU game, and then the next 4, and came back with 895 chips from the 1000 chip starting stack, losing just over 10% of your stack.. You also went on the win the HU game so there would be no reason to refund this game as ultimately the missed hands did not have a negative impact on the game overall. For the Hexapro, the HH for the single hand you had issues with (1674970567), which you can review in the client, shows you disconnecting and then reconnecting pre-flop and then raising not all in. The all-in happened on the flop after your opponent made a raise and it then took you more than 5 seconds before deciding to go all-in. As you made both of the decisions to bet and being disconnected for a brief period of time di not stop you making those decisions, no compensation is required.

The template for the €25 Supermoon was missing the tag the ticket had which is why it was not available for that tournament Apologies for this, I'll let Leo know.

I don't have an official answer to this but my Maltese test account can see the events and register them so unofficially, yes players outside Benelux can participate. Edit: There are no country filters on the qualifiers so everyone can play.

Schedule not confirmed yet. If you direct buy-in you get the same package as the qualifier winners so you'd be allowed to bring a guest.

I ended up playing a satellite for 3 and a half hours (didn't cash 😞 ) and then went straight to a team outing so was in the corner for about 10 minutes during the breaks. I should be there before the Day 1 starts until about 5pm and I'm desperate to stick patches on people and give away freebies!

Solution is for 14bb effective rather than 15bb and opening to 2bb instead of 2.2bb Edit: To expand a little bit on the above chart, it's based on a solution where limps are allowed which is why the square is not solid. With limps included the solver limps KQs/KJs most of the time. With limps removed the solver prefers just jamming KQs 2/3rds of the time and raise calling KJs

Hi @100HourChallenge, I've converted the ticket to a generic Unibet Live ticket now. The qualifier you won the ticket in was a superqualifier for the Seat Only final for the Malta Poker Festival which is why it has a different tag from the normal Unibet Live tickets. I agree it's not really fair that now the opportunity has passed to qualify for that even the only option for these tickets is a seat only final for an event in a different part of the world. I'll discuss this with Leo to try and ensure it's more clear what kind of ticket you're winning when you enter a superqualifier like this in future.

Hi @dc10FTW, there are €50 qualifiers to the €250 final at the following times (All times are BST): Weekly: Tue 19:05, Wed 19:05, Thu 19:05, Fri 19:05, Sat 19:05, Mon 19:05 Weekly: Sun 17:30 €0.40/€2/€10 sub qualifiers run multiple times daily.

The fact I didn't personally know play-in games existed doesn't change the promotion and the T&Cs which stated bets needed to be on play-off games. I didn't create the promotion and didn't have anything to do with the setup of it, I just have to try and find a fair solution when a problem like this comes up. In this case, the poker team has no control over how the sportsbook presents games and I don't know how it looked at the time to know if it was clear that some games were play-in and some were play-off. Some of the responsibility does fall on the customer here to ensure the bet their placing is going to qualify for a promotion but we should also be more aware of situations like this and made sure all possible events that a customer could consider part of the promotion are included. Obviously we could have given all play-in bets a ticket but that would be unfair for all the players that did place a play-off bet as they'd have to play in larger field freeroll even though they followed the T&Cs.

@100HourChallenge, bet was placed on Play-In game which is why a ticket has not been credited. I agree it wasn't the best that there were both play-in and play-off games on the same weekend the promotion ran. I expect Seb wasn't aware either when we asked the sportsbook team for the event codes that would trigger a ticket. You were sent the email, along with a number of other customers, in error. It was an email that was supposed to go out to customer that had placed a qualifying bet but had not registered the tournament last Monday.

Same issue as the other guys, you bet on an NBA Play-in game, rather than a play-off game.

@cris1285/ @FreedoM, your bets were actually placed on NBA Play-IN games, rather than NBA Play-OFF games which is why there were not in the list I had (Who knew play-ins were a thing) - To qualify for a ticket for the exclusive €1,500 Betting Freeroll in April, players must place a bet of at least €10 (or Currency equivalent) on any NBA Playoff match between 15th April 2022 and 17th April 2022 within the Unibet Sports site. Pre and live bets count. I worked it out after crediting the tickets so you can keep them.

Not sure why you didn't get a ticket. Can see the valid bet so have manually added for you.

Hi @Nestabear, If you placed a qualifying NBA bet, you'll receive a new ticket today for next weeks freeroll. If you did not place a qualifying bet, your existing ticket will expire and you will not be able to join next weeks freeroll.

New tickets will be issued later in the week for the 2nd freeroll. Only customers with qualifying bets from 15-17th will get a ticket.

There were two issues with the betting freeroll this month. 1. HU customers were sent the wrong copy that suggested they'd got a ticket when they'd never placed a bet. The email was sent because they got a sportsbook offer and content for an email that was supposed to go out today was put on it in error. 2. The qualifying bets were set to series bets only, so bets on games didn't trigger a ticket. The list I got this afternoon of all the bets placed but it didn't have a piece of information I needed in order to get those customers into the poker back office for crediting so we've done the following: - Tonight's freeroll will be open to anyone that logs in between now and 5 minutes before late reg ends (usual market restrictions apply) - Another freeroll has been set up for next Monday at the same time and only customers that placed eligible bets will be able to enter that freeroll after we credit them another ticket.
