Quick update on this one. Everyone has been paid correctly, as in accordance with the tournament cancellation policy. We're now discussing if we need to make changes to better deal with tournaments like the double trouble. Until we've come to a conclusion on this matter, the payouts will stand.

Had to roll back a few of the changes as one of the fixes were causing an issue with tournaments getting stuck (had 4 of those yesterday). As we generally don't want to release anything on a Friday, we'll fix it next week.

@Elukka12, happy that you like it :) A setting to remove the text will not be added, but I've passed on your feedback, and I do agree it could be removed from the bet sizes without any issues. I just want to add that there are some display issues when play in BB is enabled. When going allin it'll for instance show you've got 0.1BB left. We're aware of these but I don't have any estimate on a fix just yet.

As most of you have probably noticed, the tournament was cancelled. We'll be looking into the payouts tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience!

There's unfortunately nothing I can do to solve it now, but I've reported the issue and it should be looked at first thing tomorrow morning when people are at the office again :)

Can't comment on other bookmakers - haven't seen their bet descriptions and not sure it's really relevant. The odds were set based on the criteria you were made aware of when placing the bet. The 7 kingdoms being united were obviously not equally likely for all the possible rulers you could bet on. It clearly states by the end of the TV series, so that Bran could have refused Sansas "request", that doesn't really matter. I'm working in the poker team, so this is not an official reply from Unibet, and I can't say what the betting team decide to do, but as a player and a GOT fan myself I really don't think you got a case here. The odds would have been different if the bet description was "be the ruler of Kings landing", "ruler of the majority of kingdoms in Westeros", "main ruler of kingdoms of Westeros" or similar. All that being said it obviously sucks big time, and I wouldn't exactly be happy if I was in your situation either, but rules are rules. Lastly, I just want you to imagine you'd bet on another outcome. Would you be happy if you'd lost, when the bet should clearly be voided according to the rules? That's essentially what you're saying is fair.

The bet description says: To be settled as Winner the character must be the ruler of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros at the end of the whole TV series. In the event that there is no kingdom or ruler of Westeros at the end of the series all bets will be void. There was no ruler of the seven kingdoms as the North became independent, hence the bet is voided :)

@Livertool, we're looking into this. Unfortunately we're limited to these two solutions right now: - The current one where we pay out tickets equal to the buyin until there's enough for one extra target ticket - Until there's enough for an additional target ticket, pay out cash to the position The last one just can't be applied to all tournaments - we e.g. don't want a situation where you can get almost 2k in cash in the Unibet Open final, and we generally don't want money to "escape" the UO/UK tour system (we need every penny :D). For generic MTT tickets the second option could and probably should be applied though.
