  1. @AlX, @CreativeLe, you both have access now. I've also had to remove access for one member. Please read the rules :)
  2. @vixere, exception or not, we're not going to exchange € 250 tickets :)
  3. We didn't reach an agreement on the extension of the contract with Daiva, so she is indeed not an ambassador anymore :)
  4. Only € 4, € 10, € 25 and € 50 Unibet Open tickets can be exchangedCan unfortunately not make an exception for you - the rules have to be the same for everyone.
  5. All requests by email have been dealt with - sorry it's taken a bit of time for some of you! Repeating myself here, but: it won't apply to the tournaments tomorrow, as they're already in the client. Going forward I won't update the list every day but more like once a week :)
  6. @mp, @zoaey, @G-Man you all have access from tomorrow :)
  7. @jerry , @MrBandes , @pinki It might be possible to have a new card design added over the summer, so I'd like to get some feedback and possibly designs/design thoughts from you guys :) Below some critical details: Omaha hole cards shown in multi table tabs in the mobile, tablet and web clients. This is the case where we have maximum overlap with minimum visible area, and card rank/suit should still be clearly recognizable of course. See the following example of the mobile UI and note Omaha tab on the left side. Basically the design of cards needs to be clear and visible even for omaha multitabs on small mobiles. Tiny viewports. Imagine someone using the app on a small mobile device, or even worse; playing 9 tables on a small laptop screen. Cards get very small. But even in this size, numbers and suits should be easy to see, so cards graphics cannot be very detailed or numbers too small.Clear visibility regardless of table background. Also clear separation when cards are overlapping (so white area does not completely blend together). Card base color should be such that it doesn't "disappear" in any of the existing tables. We have a template with subtle semitransparent grey border to ensure overlapping cards visually separated. If you make your own card design, we'll need it as an .ai file/in vector format. @MrBandes previously posted these designs. I believe the white one is fine in terms of all the above requirements, but the black ones will likely be an issue with some dark table backgrounds.
  8. The actual number of players is not really important. What matters is the total buyin, total overlay and cash buyin - we can have 20 players playing a little or 4 players playing a lot, and the impact will be the same :) We don't have any public targets. The # of entries in the exchange tournaments is the simplest indicator of how it's going, if that's what you're after. So far it's looking promising :)
  9. Schalke humiliating BXB, Dortmund pissing away the championship dreams, Schalke being the Kings of the Ruhrgebeit. What a fucking day. Great game, great season. Let's get drunk - some of us are already
  10. List of eligible players has been updated. Again, the change won't apply to tournaments already in the client. @radge1, good to hear :)
  11. Have been thinking about something like this as well. Would definitely be cool, but as you say, it can't be really be prioritized right now.
  12. Granted access to you guys as well, but it won't apply to the tournaments already in the client :)
  13. @Silver1, looks good :) I hope I'll soon - as in a couple of weeks - get something from the designers that I can share on here. I requested 3-4 new designs based on the below but with a different felt color. Requested the following colors: blue (yours looks really good), red, yellow/orange and beige/brown.
  14. Everyone that's posted in this thread should have access now. The tournaments for tomorrow are in the client. Know there's an issue with the € 4 one - it'll be cancelled, so no need to register for the great offer ;)
  15. Happy to see the positive feedback :) The tournaments have been created already and will go live Friday. As we can't pay two different value tickets to the same position, the € 25 to € 4 exchange will have a € 1 fee. Below added to the T&C: Due to technical limitations, a € 1 fee is charged when exchanging a € 25 ticket to € 4 tickets; you receive 6 * € 4 tickets.
  16. @WuDu, "huge part of your player base" is probably exaggeration of the year. I estimate we will get +80 % of the ticket exchange players back (if they're still active and haven't churned for other reasons). Anyway, as you've probably seen, we've already posted the solution here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Unibet-Open-UK-Tour/Unibet-Open-Ticket-Exchange-Policy-2019/m-p/238354 We'll of course monitor the situation and make changes if need be :)
  17. For now I've inquired about the possibility of adding 3-4 designs similar to the most plain of the current designs but with different felt colors. Being able to pick the felt color would definitely be a nice addition, but given the development work required, it's not something we can prioritize right now. Appreciate all the feedback!
  18. Good to hear :) I'm not sure about the € 25 exchangers. Don't know if anyone will accept the loss of € 1, and I'm not sure we can pay two different tickets (6*4+1*1). Looking into it :) Will need to discuss it all with the team and find some time to set it up. Aiming to go live with it Friday next week, depending on the feedback on here and how busy everyone is :)
