  1. @chancer30, sorry about the late reply, only just got your email now. I need to be sure I understand exactly when this happens. Can you describe the steps? Like: 1. I sign in to the client 2. I .... 3. I ... 4. White screen appears. I'd also like to request the log file described on the above link. I'll send you my personal email by PM, that way I get it right away :)
  2. @Nestabear, thanks for the report :)
  3. Afraid I can't help with any details about the community event either. Neither Jeppe nor Ray were in London, Patric was off last week and I stayed in Malta. I do agree the coverage/content on here wasn't good (or rather non-existent), but I'm sure it'll be great for the next one in Malta, as the full poker and community team should be there :) Don't think you need to fear this is the new standard, it was just rather unfortunate in terms of who could attend from Unibet, and I don't believe we had many community members there either :)
  4. Last week was one of the best weeks ever for the € 1, € 2 and € 4 tournaments - 2nd best week in terms of overlay :) We still haven't reached the point where people have accumulated tickets to move on to the € 50 level yet. As mentioned before, the positive impact on the lowest levels (that we offer exchanges to) and the negative impact on the higher levels is inevitable in the short term. In general, since we switched to Malta qualifiers, we've been doing quite well :) Thereby not said it's all perfect - you're for instance right that something should be done about the 0.20 tournaments - and @Leo-Unibet is constantly monitoring the situation. We are also discussing some major changes to the UO satellite tree. So, a positive trend and good outlook, but we're not there yet (and never expected to be at this stage) :)
  5. I've added to the backlog as an improvement, but it's not something I can prioritize now. I believe it's very few customers who'll actually see any value in being able to hide the balance this particular place :)
  6. @psrquack, no further maintenance scheduled before the new client release next month :)
  7. @Livertool, yes, the RTP is not identical for all games across providers, hence I advised to always check the rules for the specific game :)
  8. @Uv, you can see the payout percentage for each game by simply opening the game and checking the rules Smile The RTP for most games will indeed by 96-97 %, but there're also games with 98 % and I also believe there're some that might come close to just 90 % as well. None of the factors you mention have anything to do with the games RTP. The games RTP is not impacted by any provider fees/tournaments/promotions etc. etc. The RTP is strictly how much the specific game pays back to the player. Online slots don't "need to be popular or have large amount of money in them", in order for you to win big. With progressive jackpots this is somewhat true, as the jackpot will increase until the moment it's triggered - you'll always have the jackpot amount visible in the game. @Fredrik-Unibet feel free to elaborate on this :)
  9. @DFS3, your speculations are wrong and it is as Leo mentioned in OP :) They will return whenever it makes sense again - we've got some investigations to do first and possible some dev work following that.
  10. @psrquack, I'm not attending this UO and neither are Jeppe or Ray :) We'll all be there for the Malta event :)
  11. @XY, haha, let me try to explain it again :D There's no set cap on any tournaments (other than the 10k Leo usually sets and the 750/1k on freerolls). In the tournament that ended up being capped at 12 players, we could also have had 250 players. What happened was that very early on a player busted in 6th place, and because 13 registered players would have the following payout distribution: 1-2: € 4 3-5: € 1 6: € 0.70 It was capped at 12 players, as the player busted in 6th position; a position that'd be entitled to a prize with 13 registered, as per the above. If this player hadn't busted early on, there wouldn't have been any cap on the number of players (other than the 10000 set by Leo, but don't think we need to worry about that - yet 🤣)
  12. "This one should be fixed in this months release or latest in the May release." This is ridiculous! Couldn't you add that information under description till now? Not sure I get what you're saying here. It is exactly as I mentioned in that bug report. Here the full quote: This bug was fixed in April - the button will change state when late reg closes instead of when it's originally scheduled to close. The issue you're talking about isn't a bug but by design - as I also mention in that bug report. We can then discuss if it's flawed design, but it's not something we can change in the next couple of months, as other issues take priority over this one.
  13. @XY, a player busted early on in 6th position. As 13 players would pay 6 positions, the tournament is capped at 12 players and registration closed once this number is reached. Similar report here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Bug-Reports/An-Earlier-Closed-Late-Registration/idi-p/180430
  14. @Brocky, as I wrote above, I do agree that some poker sites have better self-limitation tools, but self-limitation is only a part of it. The ability to detect problematic behavior is key. I'm by no means an expert on this subject, but if you can't control your gambling and don't think you've got an issue, deposit and loss limits probably won't make a big difference, and what goes on behind the scene becomes of greater importance :) My impression is that Stars are doing a really good job as well, and I saw that they won award for their RG work recently. In terms of the industry-leaders comments, I based this on the number of RG awards we've won.
  15. @psrquack, would love to hear how you think other competitors are doing better :) If you actually check the page I linked to, you'd see there's a lot of relevant stuff and an extensive sustainability report :) On the page itself you got high-level info about PS-EDS as well as the self-limitation tools, which is exactly what this thread is about.
  16. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I've forwarded the thread to the responsible team. I know we're working on more tools that'll help cross-product, but I don't know the exact details. I can assure you we take the topic very seriously, and we're considered the industry-leaders when it comes to social responsibility and responsible gaming - I do agree some poker sites have better self-limitation tools for poker though. https://www.kindredgroup.com/sustainability/responsible-gambling/
  17. We won't be updating the tournament cancellation policy anytime soon, as it's a rather large piece of work, and it was updated just a month ago. We do understand it's not perfect in the case of double trouble, but for almost all other tournaments it's optimal. As we won't be changing the policy, we can't offer to pay out any additional funds in this case. We can't set precedent for not following the rules we've in place. Here the relevant part from the tournament cancellation policy: The tournament has started but players are not “in the money yet” (reached the prizes): ● The remaining players will be refunded their fee including re-buy and add-on fees. ● The player supplied pot is split into two equal pools. The first pool will be distributed equally between all remaining players. The second pool will be distributed between all players in proportion to their chip count. ● Exception: if the Tournament is a freeroll the added prize pool is divided even if it's not a player supplied pot.
  18. @Cl1nt, sorry to hear you're having issues. Can't see anything wrong from our end. Please see this thread https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/General-Poker/Poker-Bug-Report-How-to/m-p/134662#M22216
  19. @XY sorry to hear about this issue. Any chance I can get the log file? Will be difficult to do any investigation without it
  20. Quick update on this one. Everyone has been paid correctly, as in accordance with the tournament cancellation policy. We're now discussing if we need to make changes to better deal with tournaments like the double trouble. Until we've come to a conclusion on this matter, the payouts will stand.
  21. Had to roll back a few of the changes as one of the fixes were causing an issue with tournaments getting stuck (had 4 of those yesterday). As we generally don't want to release anything on a Friday, we'll fix it next week.
  22. @Elukka12, happy that you like it :) A setting to remove the text will not be added, but I've passed on your feedback, and I do agree it could be removed from the bet sizes without any issues. I just want to add that there are some display issues when play in BB is enabled. When going allin it'll for instance show you've got 0.1BB left. We're aware of these but I don't have any estimate on a fix just yet.
  23. As most of you have probably noticed, the tournament was cancelled. We'll be looking into the payouts tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience!
