  1. Sent an email to get the dates confirmed, but yes, it should be Thursday to Monday :)
  2. Never know what kind of insider information you managed to get ahold of when "guessing" :D You got a € 2 UO ticket, so maybe we'll meet in Paris :)
  3. Unibet is delighted to announce that the fourth and final stop of the Unibet Open 2019 season will be in Paris. The event runs from November 28 to December 1 and will feature a €1,100 Main Event along with numerous other tournaments. The festival mark the tour’s second visit to Paris; the first event took place in 2012 with Polish player Jaroslaw Barglik beating Swedish pro Kent Lundmark heads-up to take down the Main Event for €140,539. There were 439 entries in all, generating a €653,671 prize pool.
  4. @Livertool, made a nice double with Werder and Heidenheim 🤣 Schalke could be a really boring game though
  5. @Koljamen, are you still experiencing issues? If so, you'll need to send your log file so we can investigate. See this thread: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/General-Poker/Poker-Bug-Report-How-to/m-p/134662#M22216
  6. @Hotzonicu , the numbers in the email are exact calculations on how you'd have performed in 2018, if you had finished in exactly the same spots with the new structure (this is obviously a big if :)). That being said, you do have a point :) Customer involvement certainly is a difficult one, and I think the Unibet poker product is a good example. Had we listened to the players back in 2013-2014, we'd never have gone standalone but probably still be with Microgaming today. The same will sometimes be the case on here. The most active and vocal players will generally belong to certain segments and have common characteristics. Segments and characteristics that are a minority of the players (putting in a significant share of the volume though). I'm not trying to say we always know what's best and shouldn't listen to the customers - hopefully my engagement on here already makes this obvious - and I think we could benefit greatly from more customer involvement :)
  7. @Hotzonicu appreciate the feedback! I've sent you your results by email and I'm sure you won't be too upset with the new structure after checking it ;) Personally, I'm a fan of a 14,5-15 % structure, and I will prepare a proposal for such, but ultimately it's not my area of responsibility, and I can't say if or when anything will change. We do of course listen to all feedback posted here, so please keep it coming! :) In terms of customer involvement, I agree 100 % with you, and more customer involvement in things like this is something we've recently discussed in the team. We will be using the private UAT group to get feedback on these things in the future :)
  8. @FeelsBadMan the number of payouts in my previous post is not for the old structure but for both structures combined. I basically looked at all tournaments, excluded the ones mentioned earlier and then I applied both the new and old sturcute to them and if the player cashed with either of these two structures, the winnings would be included. As the new structure is roughly 17 %, it's not a crazy number, considering we're looking at some of the very best players :)
  9. That's a pretty accurate summary :) - More places paid - Top prizes almost the same - Below 5th/6th paid less
  10. As a few highligted their concerns with the change and the effect it might have on the regs/winning players, I've looked into this aspect and can share a few numbers on it. As we don't have a lot of data with the new structure, I decided to look at the full last year and simply apply the new structure to last years tournaments. I've excluded freerolls, flips, bounty tournaments and any tournament that didn't have a pure cash payout. I looked at the players with the highest win for the full year (with a minimum no of tournaments being required) as well as some of the highest volume players (winning only) and few of you who expressed your concerns with the change. In total I looked at 27,548 tournaments from which the players managed to cash a total of 6,960 times. With the old structure, the players managed to win (pure payouts, buyin not subtracted): € 608,405 Had the new structure been in place, they'd have won: € 608,998 Yes, this might seem like I almost tried to make the numbers match up, but I can assure you it's not the case :) the difference is just 0,097 %, or € 593, and the best performing players of 2019 actually did slightly better with the new structure. If you'd like to see how your own results of 2018 would look with the new structure, just drop me a PM and I'll be happy to send you the results :)
  11. @Stubbe-Unibet is it possible to get some patch notes every time a new version is released so we can give some feedback on it? And maybe your thoughts behind the changes. I see v2.28.0 removed the color coding from streets history and previous hand which I think is not a good change. Yes, will start posting these. Have been in workshops with Relax the entire week, so didn't have much time to post anything this time. I'm not sure if the color coding is an intentional change or a mistake - I don't have anything about that in the release notes, so it's likely the latter.
  12. @WuDu, I've got a request with Relax for a change to the way notifications are shown + an option to disable them. I don't have an estimate yet, but it's something we're aware of and I agree it has to change
  13. @dc10FTW, I don't have time to find the survey results, but I'll have a look later this week. I know the UO team make a post event report including all the survey data, and the feedback is being looked at. I'll try to get some feedback for you :)
  14. @hor0r, I'm not 100 % sure how this works. @Kris-Unibet or @Leo-Unibet should know (we're all in workshops the next two days, so response might be a bit slow). @FeelsBadMan, I was told yesterday that the schedule was ready and the UO team would post it after final review, so should be very soon!
  15. True. That'd have been embarrassing - beaten by Spurs without scoring a single goal 🤣 How Dortmund will fail and end up with nothing this season is really the only positive right now. At least we still have the chance to win the cup.
  16. Sane is in top 3 of all defenders, if you look at the stats. If that isn't great, especially considering how the team has done, I don't know what is. Unearthing these old quotes is pure gold in this topic: Manchester-City-FC-Schalke-04 I think I've never seen a defender constantly being in the wrong position, making stupid decisions, covering the wrong guy or covering air like Salif Sane! Check out the highlights and keep a close eye on the tall black dude wearing #26, you'll not be disappointed. Tedesco should have been fired on the spot after a game like this, but they'll wait until after they played Red Bull. The problem with Schalke is that not only are their fans utterly delusional, the guys at the top still think they're too big to go down. The funniest would be if S07 were able to draw against Leipzig, maybe even saving Tedesco... Today it's Bayern-Liverpool: Bayern has to win that one, however I like Liverpool's chances. Kimmich and Müller are not playing and Liverpool only has to score a goal to give them real trouble. The top 3 quote was related to defending stats, so it's not wrong. I haven't checked the numbers recently though, and I doubt it's still the case. Do get the fun aspect of it, but out of context you can make fun of a lot of quotes ;) I stopped watching yesterday after the 3-0 goal, as I don't have any rape fantasies and it's honestly just torture. I've always liked Tedesco, and there's still part of me that thinks he should stay, but it really is time to go now. I don't even hope for points in the weekend. He's had two years and haven't come up with a proper concept yet. It'd defensive and very boring (recently not so boring as they've been so terrible). If defensive and boring can't even get you any points, and you concede at least 4 goals in every game, what's the point.
  17. Point is, although some say different, var changes nothing. VAR changes everything. Obvious wrong calls affecting the outcome of the game are not possible anymore. The only reason there're issues today is the way some rules are written. There's too much room for interpretation today, the handball rule being a perfect example. You might not agree with every call made involving VAR, but it helps the referee to always make an informed decision. The refs are human and the rules can be interpreted, but that's got nothing to do with VAR. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpazjQOGi-M @Stubbe-Unibet's opinion a few days later: They were decent in the weekend - the 1st half was the best half they've played in a while - but were a bit unlucky and VAR messed it up as well. VAR in the Bundesliga has become exactly like @GR1ZZL3R wants it; no wasted time, players can't complain and get the ref to contact the VAR, and they only intervene when there's an obvious mistake. Unfortunately, the VAR was sleeping and missed an offside on the 1st goal. How that's possible I really don't know, but let's remove the human element and have @theMachine as ref! dailystruggg haha, well, humans do make mistakes, and the way it's done in the Bundesliga there's more room for mistakes. I'm not saying the CL way - where literally everything is reviewed and the game stopped - is the right way to go, but at least everything is reviewed and mistakes shouldn't be possible. Everything should be reviewed in the Bundesliga as well, but the 1-1 goal can't possibly have been looked at by the VAR.
  18. @psrquack, not official yet, but word on the street is that it'll be announced by the end of this month. Even heard rumours about it being a place with a pretty great football national team :) I hope that football team means women's soccer team and the place will be Vegas again.😀 That's not the case - and you'll get no more clues or answers regarding this ;)
  19. @psrquack, all contracts expired and new ones had to be negotiated. If we couldn't reach an agreement, new contracts weren't signed. Can't really say any more than that :)
  20. @psrquack, not official yet, but word on the street is that it'll be announced by the end of this month. Even heard rumours about it being a place with a pretty great football national team :)
  21. ... You mean when you extended ALL tickets, on your own, EVERYONE's tickets, after you Ruled to cancel any Exchangers and people got left with more tickets than sats to use them... The very aggressive way you have put it down just to smear, me, says all... No, that's not what I mean :) Unless you have any actual questions, I won't reply to any further of your posts. I've got 0 interest in this turning into a thread like this, but I'm happy to try to assist you, if you actually need some help.
  22. @FeelsBadMan, let me check with the UO team :)
  23. Hotel information for the London stop has been added to the UO website: https://www.unibetopen.com/event/london-2019/
  24. Sorry about that, you're right - was looking at an older one.
