I would also like to congrats unibet's visionary, their own Anne Berner if you will, for turning working cs in to nightmare. 

Case that is clear as day (to anyone that can read and count 20x3) could be solved in minutes yet we dance days around it without even getting it corrected. 

Lets save time and keep spins, not worth it

@Livertool Sorry for the inconvenience, but yes that is a new procedure in Customer Support that it goes through, not a different department per sé, but a different section of CS. Do you need them fast? I'd be hopeful that the query has already been done, but I'll push it if not.

Nope, week ago they were crediting them "should be soon" This week back to investigating 🤣

That is why i wanted chatlogs to go with complaint to mga but apparently hard to get them these days too.

Again not about spins but if even easiest problem solving is this hard, no point of putting money in here as not too trustworthy. 

Just have to hope that they improve their run with complaints they get, pretty much all customer can do:annoyed:

Yes, there are a lot of problems with promotions. I had myself different problems and I only participated in few this year. But now I said I will close my eyes to all the promos I will see on website because if you gamble in the casino or bet on sports it's ok on Unibet...and withdraws are fast for me :) , so no need to be frustrated for some free spins or some bonuses. 

Promos must be tested before, if everything is ok with the system and all the possible things, not only to invent a new promo and put it on website.

Oh yeah, chat conversations came..... in password protected zip file and now i have to go livechat to get pw 🤣 Must be april fools day.

If agent don't give it to me straight away but passes pw request to some relevant team, i think i'll lose my marbles.

Off to chat then...

@Livertool Please at least tell me that there was no issue getting the password throught the chat at least? We're passing the feedback along to Customer Support about this change, though if it is through security reasons due to the zip feeling being needed, the change might just be proper procedure ;)

Was there an issue with the chat itself for you?

Thanks for asking. I have forwarded this to relevant team, once they have investigated they will send safe containing answer to your relevant team. When safe arrives, shouldn't take more than 6-8 months, contact me and i'll give you pin code to open it. Anything else i can help you with? 😏

But spins arrived week ago so maybe you @Merenitsu will get yours too someday. They even gave 21 spins instead of 20. Dunno if that was somekind of cheekyness, hardly typo, but at least it was over not short this time.
