Hi @Krais, I just received an update on your case. In order to finalize this we need to issue a refund to the 3rd party account, the account which Bank Statement you've sent. The screenshots sent do not seem to contain the account holder's name or the IBAN number of the account. Is there any chance you guys can download a pdf containing the necessary information or request one at the bank?

@AceJackTwin you were betting on the exact number of full minutes for the listed move/occurrence to be performed first. The suplex happened in just 30 seconds into the match thus I have been advised that the bet settlement should be correct

 

@Pvernon2210, the Free Bet mentions that in the case that you place a combination bet, the stake needs to be 10/leg, which means that you either place a single bet of 10 pounds, a double in the value of 20 as it has 2 legs, 30 pounds in the case of a triple and so on. It doesn't get clearer than that.

Generally speaking, VPN and Proxy's are not allowed due to online security concerns. The Gambling industry is regulated in some cases locally by individual country's and in some cases by the European Union it's self. Hi @bgachip, welcome to the Community :) I had a look at the verification and what is requested is an ID and a Proof of Address however the proof sent is not eligible I'm afraid, the document would need to be issued in the last 3 months.
The link below will explain a bit more in detail what is needed but basically any utility bill, internet bill, a bank statement will do as long as it's issued in the last 3 months.

Although rare, it\s true that settlements can sometimes be delayed for various reasons. My sincere apologies for that, is the issue persisting? And if so, can I please have the Coupon ID's of the bets so we can have a closer look at them?

The Bets you placed didn't trigger the Free Bets because in case of a combination bet, the amount would need to be 10 pounds / leg. You placed a double and a fourfold with 10 pounds. Please let me know if you need any more information regarding this.
