@Bowlertc, @ozzy123 sorry for taking this much time with an answer, I have to say that this wasn't the easiest case to chase down. My apologies for keeping you waiting. Our tests on your accounts performed in an emulator are showing racing pages, so it implies racing should be okay for you guys unless you have something local on your PC blocking types of traffic somewhere in the connection to our site (VPN issues...). This didn't affect anybody else from the get-go, only your accounts so the suspicion is that if it's persisting, it must be something with the PC. Please let us know if this is persisting on your end and I'll ask the guys in IT to advise us over what settings you would need to do in order to solve this.

Hi @DKnight, Here's what the terms say:

"Players can hold maximum 6 packages in total

A package/seat can be postponed to next event only once, except for the final event of the 2020 season which cannot be postponed.

Qualifiers must contact support prior to the event to postpone an entry to the next event.

So basically, players can hold up to 6 packages/seats and transfer them wherever they would like as long as they are used 2020 with the exception of the final 2020 event.

@Pvernon2210, The minimum odds, as our member mentions, would need to be 1/1 and the minimum amount 10 euro.

@Krais,I had all statements checked again and here's what's happening. Everything that you've sent till now are screenshots of a monitor and then put in a PDF. This is not necessary, it's only extra work for you guys.

What can be accepted is an actual PDF bank statement which shows transactions with the card mentioned above, the IBAN and the name of the account holder on the same page (no need to send 5 pages of transactions, one will suffice as long as it contains all the info requested) or if you guys are having trouble downloading the statement from your internet bank, you can walk into the bank's office and request one that contains this info. Just make sure that the issued paper is stamped and signed by the bank teller. Then you can take picture of the document with your phone and send it to me. The address is contact@unibetcommunity.com.

No worries @Kepsti , they say that nothing is ever truly gone :). I'll gladly look into it. Can you please private message me with a screenshot of your transaction which shows it's reference number?

@Krais, it basically means that we need to send the same amount of money back to the cards that are not yours. I've contacted my colleagues in security, but I'll only be able to provide you with a concrete resolution tomorrow of that's ok.

And a quick question as well, do you happen to have the bank statement that you sent in paper at home? Only asking because pictures taken with your phone of the documents are more likely to be approved than scanned pictures.

I'm sorry you experienced an error with the Live Score feature, fact of the matter is that these statistics are projected onsite by a 3rd party provider and although rare, errors like these can happen. Some of our more regular/experienced players also report issues like these from time to time. 
Due to this aspect, unfortunately, players are always advised to follow 3rd party statistics when making a final decision when Live Betting:
Terms B.1.2:

"2) "Livebetting" is where it is possible to bet during an ongoing match or event. Unibet does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it not possible to place a bet or the live score update is not correct. At all times it is the Account Holder's responsibility to be aware of the match and the events surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match is completed. Unibet does not accept any liability for changes to the Livebetting schedule or interruption of the Livebetting service."
