As our members mention, we would be happy to have a closer look at your bet but we do need at least a coupon ID, preferably a screenshot of the bat it's self showing the ID and the details of the bet. Hi @RogueWitch, no need to get worried :)
What happens when you have your account in a different currency than euros is that the system translates whatever money you have on your account to euros and projects it in the Poker client. Basically, the amount you have on your account never changes, but if there are value fluctuations in the currency that you have on your account, parallel to euro, there will be a slight difference, +- a couple of euros once in a while. The system is based on a live Currency exchanger, this is bound to happen once in a while when it updates.

Thanks for that @Bigmark, this does clear up some questions that I had. It's clear that it's not the promotion that I was talking about above guys @Bigmark, @Marckerr1, @RW931412, @Jonno1, my bad for that. 
The mechanics of the promotion is that you guys place a bet as described, and then we add you a free bet every day, but what the promotion fails to mention is that it's every day of Cheltenham, which starts tomorrow. I totally understand the confusion now, my apologies again for the initial response.

So in conclusion, you guys should be fine to receive the Free  Bets starting tomorrow if you followed the promotion and placed that £10 bet on The Cheltenham Festival at odds 1/1 (2.00) or greater. Let me know if it's not added after the official time that the promotion mentions and then we can have a closer look for you guys.

I'm sorry you guys feel this way, this is the promotion that is featured on the promotion section as seen below and "15 to go" is mentioned a good couple of times. Did you see the advertisement somewhere else by any chance? And if so, did that advertisement not have a link directly to the promotion which is seen below?
I would love to know more about why you believe this was misleading and what communication did you receive exactly.  Please let me know below.

Hi @nirmal, only a Bank Statement received via post would be accepted in this case but you still have the option to upload a Utility bill, internet bill or Tax return papers which have been issued in the last 3 months if you don't get any post communication from the bank. Apologies for the delay on your verification, the quality of the pictures sent weren't good enough for the system to automatically approve them, so they have been queued in the verification list that is made manually, thus taking a bit more time than usual. I've contacted one of my colleagues who is more knowledgeable in these verifications and they already approved your ID. The proof of address sent though seems to have been rejected. The reason behind it is that it would need to show the full page of the bill you've sent and not only the top corner with the details. Can you please upload a new picture in your account and make sure that it shows the entirety of the A4 paper and that this document was received via post at your home address? Hi @Dakota, welcome to the Community. The Bonus system algorithm is based on a player's activity as you mention but there are other factors in play as well as Marketing Budgets and many more. Unfortunately, I am unable to foresee when you will receive a new bonus as it's based on factors that might change in the course of time. I know what you mean but I'm definitely an all or nothing kind of person.  If I have my PS4 on my desk I will play it 6 hours per day, I really struggle with any kind of moderation in that sense but then I could remove it and not play it for a month.  I think if I do the gym once or twice a week I won't notice any results and just get bored/give up very quickly.  I don't know what the perfect solution is but we have to give everything a go!  Thanks though mate.
