Hi @Inika, financially speaking, what I see happening on the 25th is a deposit of 9.70 euros. Did you initiate 2 deposits that day and one of them didn't come through?
If so and one of them is missing, can you please PM me with a bank statement showing the transaction's number so we can start a trace from our end with the providers?

Thank you for posting and voicing your opinion, first of all, there's no denying that there were issues this past couple of days, for that please let me apologize in the name of Unibet. I can also agree on the Scheduled Maintenance message, I would need to look into exactly what is the procedure in these cases but I do remember that we did message players in the past regarding these maintenances. I would assume that since these issues lasted around 2 days the guys as soon as they had a fixed they rolled it out not leaving enough time to properly communicate this to our players. But I agree that there should be clearer communication in these cases wherever possible.
If you do feel that you were affected financially by these errors, please let me know a bit more in detail and I can look into getting you refunded if that's the case.

Hi @Jayw, it is indeed because of the VPN. The issue here is that I can't have the blocks removed right away as there would be a need for a Proof of Address which was received via post ro picked up at the issuing office (signed and stampped). I know that you've already sent one which got approved however that one is not enough for this verification. There is a request on your account now, can you please upload it there?

Hi @successlaw, it's odd that it looks like that indeed. Can you please delete cookies/cache and relaunch the slot to make sure that your session finished? Please also take a screenshot of the slot when launched. What happens if you try to wager on that slot?

Unfortunately, it is not in my position to approve or decline them, but what I did is raise the priority of the verification a bit to speed things up for you. I'll keep an eye out for a response.

I see that my colleagues informed you about why this is not allowed, so I'll skip that part but I'm happy that it's clarified. Regarding the cards sent, they would need to be signed in order for them to pass verification so I would advise you to instruct the 3rd parties involved to sign the backside of the card on the white strip next to the CVV code. Once those are uploaded they will be queued into the relevant security line and our colleagues will analyze them in the shortest time possible.
There's no way in confirming any timeframe at this moment as the new pictures of the cards are yet to be received and the times also vary depending on the workload of the guys in security. It's worth mentioning that for obvious reasons this in not the average verification so the 1 to 3 working days verification times do not apply, but sa soon as you've sent them please give me a tag here in this thread and I can look into speeding this process up for you a bit if possible. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi @David83, unfortunately there is no refund coming, on the bet there was a Profit Boost used and because of that the system didn't register it.
Bets would need to be placed out of cash money and no boost can be used on it.

I had a closer look at this for you and the 500kr bet you placed was not registered by this reward because it was a prematch bet. By clicking on the reward, the explanations will show in the dropdown menu as well. They are still available, you just need to place a bet which is in line with the setup. Hi @Mh, welcome to the Community :). You can use the new bank account to deposit as long as it's your personal account. After the deposit happened and you have winnings, you can withdraw them to the same account. If this is not what you meant can you please go in a bit more detail over what exactly you would like to do?

Hi @Krais, I just received an update from the guys in security. For the next stage of the verification, they would require the bank statement of the card ending in 4132. Basically a bank statement which shows the account holder's name and transactions made with the card mentioned. It would be important that the document is issued within the last 3 months. Let me know once done and I will speed up the verification over it again.
