  1. Hi @Christian8898, I've sent both hands to Relax, the software developer, so their fraud team can have a look at the hands and play in general. Once I have the results of their findings I will post it here.
  2. Hi @xservais, We don't expect any live events to run before the expiry of your ticket. The satellites running now are for the online version of the Unibet Open so a €1,100 ticket would not be held for a potential live event in 2021.

  7. Hi @samup, When you install the client choose a different folder from the default one during installaion. Just changing "Unibet Poker" to "Unibet Poker Client" for example should solve it
  8. Austrian players are not banned, they just can't access the desktop version of the client. Web and mobile clients will work fine.

  10. Hi @Groggy, The manual payment was for BP as well. You were the unfortunate victim of the second issue I've been dealing with this week in that the first customer on the list I upload to pay out BP does not actually end up getting them. I've manually added your reward now.
  11. Hi @mp, In general we don't revive expired tickets unless there is a valid reason to. If we were always going to revive them all the time for all players we just wouldn't put an expiry on them :)
  12. Hi @Dennis__, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the honesty. There was some confusion between the developers and ourselves regarding how the weekly leaderboards would be paid out. The first credit was done automatically from the software and then a 2nd manual credit was done by myself in the morning as we didn't know the automatic one had been completed. We will not be removing the additional points, consider it an early adopter bonus for taking part in the SNG promotion this month :)
  13. Hi @Pickleman, BP payouts on Tuesday will be for UOS leaderboards (Low/Mid/High/Overall) Cash payouts was for Nano leaderboard, paid out today.
  14. Hi @Karakrugraju, It is not possible to reactivate cash game ticket with the same value as when they expired in the backoffice. I've added 2 tickets to your account that roughly match what you had on the first one.
  15. Hi @Cl1nt, Regarding the DSO ticket, although it works as entry to the tournament, it's really a placeholder for you to know you have an entry to DSO event. Even if the ticket expires you'll still have an entry assigned to you and that will never expire. The event specific sats are designed to ensure we have enough players to cover GTDs. @Leo-Unibet shuld be able to confirm if the tickets you have leftover can be converted to generic ones.
  16. Hi @Alex111, Tickets for the UO package freerolls are only valid for the quarter you won them in. If you won a ticket in Q3 (July-September) then it would have been valid for the freeroll on the 10th. It will not be valid for the freerolls in January. The ticket on your accout was won in May (Q2) and appears to have had its expiry extended in error and would not have been valid for the Q3 Challenge package freerolls.

  18. Hi @wwaanneess, I've added 3x €1 and €5 UK tour tickets that had expired and asked Leo to credit the 2x €250 UK tour tickets. He has assured me they'll arrive before the event starts :)
  19. Hi @aliku, The second ticket will be valid for the final UO Online to be held at the end of the year. You are only allowed to hold 2 tickets.
