  5. Hi @snufkins, There is the option to attach files just below the box you type your replies in. Should be a button that says "Choose Files" and then you can lovate teh log that way and upload it.
  6. The issue yesterday was related to how the traffic was being routed around the internet, not specifically any part of Unibet being offline. The poker servers were online the whole time but traffic couldn't get routed to it for most countries. Some countries had less issues, Romania for example, which is why a VPN would have worked if you had chosen a country with no routing issues.
  7. @snufkins - The SNG you had issues with was not on the day of the major internet outage.   9. Hi @spargelsalat, You'll be able to use the ticket for the Supernova this week. There is some configuration changes that need to be made in the back office to allow for this to happen but it should be completed in the next day or two.

  11. Just getting it checked for you @wwaanneess. I can see your two package wins last year so we just need to check them off against the list from the events team. The reason I asked about the value was because you've had some €1 and €5 UK tour tickets expire as well and didn't know if you meant them or the final tickets. Tag me once your account is unlocked and I'll repleace them as well. Edit: 2 x €250 confirmed. They were never credited because your account got flagged as blocked when we did all the conversions to online tickets. Once you're fully verified again we'll get everything credited.

The UOS slot icon shouldn't appear on MTT tables. @Andy-Unibet here you are - I'm able to got it there -> need to open further ('related' tables beside this one) 🤫 Not sure what voodoo magic you're using to make this happen but I can't recreate it :) If you use all your freespins does it go away?
