  1. Date has not been confirmed but it'll late Sept or early Oct. IF you can;t play them they'll roll over to the last even of the year so don't worry about losing the seats.
  2. Hi @tara771, When Unibet Open packages (€2000 value) were the prizes for the challenge freeroll there was an option to exchange the package for bonus points but this does not apply for the Unibet Open tickets.
  3. Hi @Murray74, Another player also raised this issue yesterday. There was a UK Tour sat that ran on Mondays that started at 16:55 UTC that would not have triggered the first break. I've let Leo, the tournament manager know, and the time has been changed for it going forward so this issues will not occur again. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
  4. @Sparrow473, Yeah, will credit you today. I've taken another minute off the strucutre for tonights tourament so it will now run 7 mins / 8 mins. Will see if it makes it too fast tonight or if we need to drop the levels again. I think last nights version will be good for a higher buy-in, smaller field.
  5. Hi @Murray74, Can you provide me with an example tournament where you had this issue so I can check the timestamps of the hands please.
  6. Gentle reminder the second week of this test tournament starts tonight with the slightly quicker level time.
  7. Monday is my night off from internet cards normally and I've also got the Bounty Cup raffle running on the UnibetPoker channel so I won't be able to play :(
  8. Hi @tara771, the raffle will take place tonight on https://twitch.tv/unibetpoker from 19:00 BST.
  9. Hi @AH_10, The min requirement has been changed to 4 players for tonight.
  10. PKOs have almost the same prize for 1st and 2nd to flatten out the top payouts. What else would you like to see changed? This change was really good, but still the top places get too much and the min. cashes are too small. It could happen to reach the final table just to get ~ the buy-in back if no bounties are won. Min-cash in the Proto has been more than the buy-in and FT was over 3x. I'm not sure of how the payouts look for other PKOs but if you're moving half the prize pool to the bounties it's going to make all the payouts smaller, it's jus the nature of the format.
  11. Hi @Janek, The fraud team have checked all the hands and have concluded the play was fair and competitive. Appreciate the report, it's always good to have player reports to compliment our extensive game integrity checks.
  12. Hi @Sparrow473, Congratulations on the FT, your buy-in rebate has now been credited.
  13. Hi @Janek, Apologies for not picking this up earlier. I have sent a report off to the fraud team to check the play.
  14. Players were ITM at around 02h:30m of play in last nights tournament and the final table of 6 started after 03h:15m play.
  15. PKOs have almost the same prize for 1st and 2nd to flatten out the top payouts. What else would you like to see changed?
  16. Hi All, First tournament ran for 4 hours and 49 minutes and the winner took home €56.92. Although the average stack looked good throughout the tournament general feedback is that run time is a little too long. With this in mind I will provisionally change next weeks tournaments to run with a variable level time structure where the first 6 levels will run for 8 mnutes and the rest of the tournament will run for 9 minutes. If anyone has any other feedback or suggestions for th etournament please let me know.
  17. Appreciate all the feedback so far on this, without anyone playing, and happy to see players thing it's a positive move. Just wanted to quickly reply on a few things :- Level Time - This isn't ideal, I agree, but we were restricted by the blind structures available to us. Ideally the level time would be quicker but the blind increments would be shallower so that we would have 5 levels of late reg that would last one hour total. If the test is a success hopefully we can get a new structure added and use it for some of our other PKOsRob/Pads - Both Rob's open letter and Pads comments on ecology played a part in the setup of this test tournament. While we are competitors in one sense, we're also on the same team when it comes to growing and sustaining online poker and I think they both have good ideas and have no shame in borrowing them if it's going to make poker better :)GTDs - The guarantees always lower in the summer months but we expect them to rise up again as we move into the autumn months. Good luck to anyone playing tonight!
  18. Hi Everyone, As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the MTT schedule we've created a new tournament, based on customer feedback, called the Protostar Bounty. It will run tonight and tomorrow as well as Tuesday-Thursday next week. This tournament has a smaller starting stack than most of the other PKOs in the schedule but has longer levels. The idea behind this is that this will provide more action with the stacks being smaller without it feeling like a turbo (hopefully :)). We've also kept the late registration short to make sure players are not entering the tournament with a small stack and limited it to a single re-entry to allow players to get back into the action if they catch a bad beat in the early levels. As a final bonus, the rake is pretty good on this too ;) Below is a breakdown of the structure:- Start Time: 18:00 CET Buy-in: €2 (€1.94+€0.06) Guarantee: €200 6-max Starting Stack: 3000 (100bb) Late Registration/Single re-entry available until the end of level 4 (50bb starting stack at this level). Level time: 10 minutes Buy-in is split 50/50 between prize pool and bounty and when you knock a player out their bounty will be split 50/50 between cash to you and money on your own bounty. We'd really like to get your feedback on this tournament so if you play it please let us know what you though about the structure, the length and speed of the tournament and anything else you liked/disliked about it. The blind structure we're using for this is not ideal for what we'd like this tournament to ultimately look like (would like shallower blind level increments) but if you guys like the idea of it we can get a new structure added into the client to make this tournament even better. As an extra incentive to provide some feedback if you.. Make a final table on any of the Protostar bountiesPost a screenshot of the final table with you on it in this threadLeave some constructive feedback I'll refund your buy-in as a €2 MTT ticket. (SE, BE and DK players cannot receive a ticket unfortunately) Offer ends 23:39 UTC 19/07/2020 Good luck to everyone that plays and we look forward to your feedback.
  19. Hi @Torspo, In that specific case we would allow you to hold a 3rd ticket for the UO Online that will run at the end of the year.
  20. Thanks for your reply. How is the other half of the prizepool being distributed in the freeroll? Prizepool says 6000Euro but the 3 packages are only worth 3300Euro. Theres 2700Euro of the prizepool missing unless there will be more packages available (say top 5 get packages) or cash prizes for final table or something? If this isn't the case then the prizepool in the freeroll should be updated to say 3300EURO. Hi @mrmuseman, The prizepool for the freeroll is correct, it's for packages, not tickets. Winners get the option of either 90k bonus points + Unibet Online Ticket, 125k bonus points or to defer their package to 2021.
  21. Hi @chris5, I'll get this sent over to you this afternoon
  22. HI @GIO333, As you originally bought into the Supernova on the 14th with a ticket this was why you were refunded another ticket.
  23. HI @Discoteque, Security have checked the play and confirmed my theory that it is just some alias trolling :) Thank you for sending in the report.
  24. Hi @Discoteque, I've checked the IPs and I'm confident they are different players, but will send over to security team anyway to double check. We do have regular instances where players copy each others aliases.
