@XY You cannot have a marketing team with mistakes 5 days in a row. I am not expecting to see no mistakes at all, but it's embarassing what is happening. I've saw a lot of mistakes this year but I am using very rare a promotion from Unibet. Now I couldn't stay calm to not say anything since from a 400 euro prize I've received 20 euro prize, so huge difference. 

And mistakes are keep coming. 5th day in a row a promotion with problems:

20% bonus on next deposit should be available in the bonus section to accept today from 00.00 CET time. Until now, 14.30 CET, no such bonus in account to accept.

You cannot know this, but I don't think Unibet cares about 25.000 euro on a promotion where over 500.000 players are playing. There were contests with only 3 winners in the past, but every time when the goalscorer and the minute of goal was popular, there were over 100 winners.

It's very hard to be only one winner since this contest is available in a lot of coutries, not only in Romania. 158 winners is big, but you still have around 160 euro. Since it's free, you can do what you want with them 😃

@NotxStrong Congrats. They must update manually the goalscorer and the minute of goal, it's not automatic. For sure until tomorrow you will see how many winners will be, probably over 100 since both picks were very popular. The prize you will get until the end of next week.

@Robin666 You had a bonus in DOA2 and you are complaining about the win? All the casino players know that in DOA2 you can have 100 bonuses in a row with payout from 1x to 20x. The same was with DOA. It's a volatile game and I know people that played over 1000 bonuses in a row and didn't get a payout over 200x. Of course, you can hit 100.000x, but you must be very lucky.

I said very clear 1st place in a mtt. Who cares that you play a flip, qual., rebuy or normal tournament. Who cares that in the end you don't fight with somebody for 1st place. You had a picture with 1st place in a mtt, you are the winner. I don't change terms after somebody won something, I know that's a Unibet thing. I had myself problems this week with a promo where I was winning 1st place in a casino tournament and Unibet changed t&c after 20 hours with 4 hours ramaining in promo. Is this fair? Of course not. So i cannot do this kind of things. I congrats @GothMoth for winning a tournament, but you won it first @psrquack!

@Boby I've lost more at other two gambling websites. But at least there everything is correct, without mistakes. Or if they make a mistake, it's instantly fixed because people are checking what they put on website. And yes, I have a lot of money to play with (of course not from a basic salary) and most of the money I play on live roulette. I've played some hands in live roulette 15.000 euro/spin. And people in Romania that are playing online have a lot of money. I have myself a lot of friends who are playing only max stakes on slots, 50-100 euro/hand.

@ReCorpH you cannot change t&c after 20 hours of a promotion and  don't care about everybody who played until then who checked t&c. 

We are humans, we make mistakes, but not everyday like is happening with Unibet promotions. Sorry to say but from 100 promos, you have mistakes in 90 of them and I am not joking. 

This week you had:

1. Wednesday - tournament with problems, changed t&c after 20 hours.

2. Thursday - EMail to all clients that between 18-19 will have 10 free spins in the available section - no such thing, support said something about technical problems

3. Friday - tournament missing because it was set for Wednesday, not for Friday - tournament was set again after 14 hours and let live 10 hours

4. Saturday - Promo to deposit 100 ron and get 40 free spins for Sweet Bonanza .....or  Money Train 2 ???. T&c says sweet bonanza, in promo banner is written sweet bonanza but we have pictures from money train 2, in the available bonuses is written money train 2. Is this a trap? 🤣

All promos are fixed only after clients reported mistakes, so nobody from Unibet can see these mistakes. Sorry to say, but even a junior employee can see this mistakes.

That's why I told you maybe a marketing manager can check this topic!

If a client comes to ask a question why his bet is setlled lost or why he didn't received a bonus from a certain promotion, what answer he receives from support or from you @ReCorpH?

@ReCorpH it's not that, all the tournaments named lucky spin are based on points earned from a single spin, multiplier x100.

EXTRA, today another new promotion with a casino tournament, of course the tournament was missing for first 14 hours of the day since somebody put the tournament on Wednesday istead of Friday. They put the tournament after a lot of people made a complaint.

Can you please give to read this topic to the Head of Marketing? Some people are doing big mistakes and they are trying to hide them. I am just tired to be affected every time.

And of course i am expecting to receive the prize with the ranking made by the formula from t&c for 20/24 hours of the promo.

New promo yesterday in Unibet Romania, a 24 hours casino tournament for some casino games. Tournament named Lucky Spin, so it's about one spin. T&c of the promo very clear, it's not first time I see this kind of tournament, the ranking is made from the formula (win/stake)x100=points. So the best multiplier from a slot spin wins. I played a lot some of the slots from the tournament and saw that the points are not updated corectly. Looking in the tournament, I've saw that there is wrote that the ranking is made by the best net win from 20 consecutive rounds, so totally different from what it was in t&c.

I went to live chat support to say about this. Of course I've lost some money and extra I didn't had the points from a big multiplier. Support made a ticket for the marketing team and they said will email me once this will be fixed. 

Yesterday after 21:00, so 20 hours after tournament has started and 4 hours before tournament will finish, guess what I see changed in the promotion? Of course t&c. So what did the marketing team, they didn't changed the ranking table with good points, they changed the t&c with the formula that the rankings are made by best net win from 20 consecutive rounds. Of course, they didn't changed the date in t&c that they modified something, they let 01.04.2021 like nothing bad happened. You have picture here:

My question to you @ReCorpH is how is possible a website like Unibet can make such thing. Soprobably I was winning 1st prize, 2000 RON (400 euro) giving I was having a very good multiplier in a round, respecting t&c from the promotion. And Unibet is changing t&c, reapeating again because this is very very bad, after 20 hours in the tournament, and I won 100 RON (20 euro) for 20th position.

Of course, no email from Unibet to notify me what they did.

Is this normal? I am losing alomost 50.000 euro in last 15 months and I never belived that a website like Unibet can make this!

1. Sincerely I don't care about twitch and watching others playing poker. And probably most of the community members are like me.

2. I hope the new platform will bring us some new sports/casino/poker competitions.

3. I think that a community is a place where people are helping each other with different problems that are coming from Unibet website. Of course people who are very active should receive also some rewards.

4. We should have a dedicated section where to put mistakes from promos, like wrong t&c or bad translation from betting offers. These bad things should be fixed very fast by Unibet if somebody reports something.  In this moment, if you go to live chat and loose a lot of your time, you don't receive at least a 'thanks' from Unibet and the mistakes are not always fixed. Of course, you help Unibet, you get rewarded.

Because the Cashout option on Unibet is very bad, probably the worst I have seen for online betting. 

I have chips there in the top left corner for several months in my poker app. I think chips from ante are going there. 

It's good that also mtt and hexa will count from now. In my case, I think I've receive only one time tickets for double trouble since I don't play too much cash. But I had some weeks when I've lost a lot on mtt and hexa. Let's hope the missions will work 🤣

Aprox 200 players and 15.000 each week. This means that after mission each player will receive aprox 75 euro? Or some people can receive 500 and others 10 euro?

@Stubbe-Unibet can you credit us a mission to test if it's working? 🆒
