@romhromhif you need to verify your postal address, I sugest you make a Police conduct in your country if you have same address like in your ID. This is the best way and impossible they will not accept it

It seems that Unibet started a strategy with fake news emails. Not normal something like this. I received also same email that I won a prize in the draw. 

Also, they are sending emails that you have free spins in account. But actually you have a deposit bonus offer with free spins, so no free spins in account without to do nothing.

No, I am not frustrated.  I am dissapointed, this is the right Word. Because at Unibet everybody knows that it's an automated system that gives bonuses. But I can say myself that I lost so much money here and no bonuses received by the system. 100, 1000, 2000 euro or more in a day... Not a single bonus by the system.
