The problem here is that most of the bookies are trying to improve the Sportsbook product offering better odds, daily matches with 0% margin and many other things. On Unibet nothing...

Understand that customer support or marketing cannot give individual bonuses because this is Unibet policy. Also account managers don't give. There is the automated bonus system and that's it.
Some years ago, Unibet was 1st in Romania for players. Now they are not even in top 5 because they don't care about their clients.

Don't play at Unibet if you want bonuses like cashback or loiality bonuses. They are not allowed to give, this is for many years. They have an automated bonus system, but trust me, 3k loss is way to low to receive 10 euro bonus 😂

But I must say that I saw improvements regarding errors on promos at unibet in last 6 months. Also when we have a big promo with weekly prizes and a draw, the draw is made right on time and prizes paid in same day very fast 💪
