  1. Tomorrow will be the last day the Ukrainian and Bulgarian residents can play on Unibet, and I thought we should bid them farewell with a small community tournament.

The tournament "Community Farewell to UA and BG" will start at 20:00 CEST and has a buyin of just €0.1 (and a €100 GTD).

    The password is: willmissyou

As mentioned in the below thread, it'll for instance be the last day at Unibet poker of @GothMoth and @SShcherbyna 😞

hmm ok that's dissapointing. If i could have registered to the tournaments, and didn't have time commitments i wouldn't have asked in the first place! But ok noted! I don't think the monetary value of the ticket is relevant, regarding the 40cent vs 40 euro comment, the ticket is representative of time spent playing. By way of some feedback, I think it would be nice if the length the tickets are valid for was noted on the games they are awarded in. Just so people have a headsup. A week isn't a huge amount of time if something crops up in the middle of your week 🙂

The value does matter, even though I get your time angle. I frankly just have too many things that are more important than manual goodwill compensation of a couple Euro (check the new bug reports section for a bit of context 😉 ).

Fair point with the expiry date in the tournament description. Only issue I see here is that we've been avoiding putting this kind of info, as it's all manual and ticket expiry times have changed on multiple occasions. I'm also not sure who it'd really help. People with many tickets will obviously be aware of the expiry times and I just don't see a recreational deciding to play a qualifier for a €0.4 ticket and then not be available at all, for the next 7 days (and even if that would be the case, one could just register for a flip). So there's probably very little value in adding it, as 7 days for these tickets is very reasonable, with the many tournaments available.

  4. Updated the Unibetpoker.com page again - mostly the FAQ at bottom that changed.

Totally agree with these points. Those multipliers are totally useless as they are just confusing. Why not simply show level 1 raceback as 0%, level 2 as 2%....level 6 as 12% and so on. It is quite clear that this raceback is on top of level bonuses

Then why do you use it in some places? Don't quite get it.

Maybe "still" instead of "only" would be better word here?

    • Players who reach Level 7-9 are eligible only for 18% rakeback in bonus points. These accounts will be manually assessed by the poker team, at the end of each quarter. Any further rewards above 18% rakeback are discretionary and not guaranteed.

Might be cutting hairs here but to me only means you are missing out on something while truth is that you are king of the hill with getting all the rewards there is to get and maxing everything up but still carry on getting at least 18% rb in bonus points until next quarter.

Unibet is a big company, and I'm not in charge of everything 😉 Again, for the promo pages, there's a copywriter involved, many local teams for translations etc. And the promo pages also have lots of technical limitations, when it comes to content display. I have full ownership of the unibetpoker.com domain, so I can change things however I see fit, and it's just one language.
I was obviously involved in the design inside client, and while it was improved with the most recent redesign, I agree it could be better. However, simply using 2% instead of 2x could also be confusing, and we don't want to give the impression that the total rakeback is just 2% (as I recall, that was the main reason behind it).

  5. Yes, I agree it can be confusing to anyone, if you read both of the pages, due to different terminology 🙂 hopefully less so now with most recent changes

I also agree the page on main site needs to be rewritten. It's a bigger project (primarily because of all the different languages) and something we don't control in the poker team.

Will make point 4 more clear later today. It's roughly paid every time you pay €1 in rake (it depends on the level, with lower levels paying more frequently than higher ones, but it's basically happening all the time).

Sorry. I'll go through it in detail again.

To summarise all I'm asking now is  if I'm on a 12x multiplier then what is the base number that is being multiplied and where can I see that?

Yes, ofc it will wait till tomorrow .. cheers

Nothing is multiplied as such. It's the % continuos rakeback paid in bonus points. See the two reward types described on the page I linked to, where it's explained in more detail. The multiplier for each level is shown on the loyalty page in the client (and on the page I linked to) - 12 multiplier = 12%. If something is still unclear, let me know!

Fairly new to Unibet and been trying to get to L6 in order to get the carry over of multiplier and then I see it's not L6 but L6.1 .... tssk when Unibet say there are 7 levels of loyalty it appears there's actually 34.

But that aside. Now I'm at L6 I've got a week to get to L6.1 and when I work out what I need to do I discover the points I get for playing a particular game (lets say 50 Hexapro) are no different than at the lower level. Its 343 at both L5 and L6. So what is the points multiplier all about and how do I track what it means in real terms?

Oh and I ain't getting to 6.1 anytime soon 😞

It's lvl 6. Terms on some promo pages still need to be amended.

The points multiplier is essentially = rakeback percentage in bonus point that is continuously paid as you play.

    There's a better explanation here https://unibetpoker.com/unibet-poker-loyalty-program 🙂

  8. It’s only been a few days since my previous “bug hunt” announcement, so this one might seem a bit odd, but I was impressed by all the good feedback submitted, and I didn’t feel the existing bug reports section did you guys’ justice. So, I reached out to the community platform supplier to hear what could be done, and they have – in record time – set up a brand-new bug reports section that should help with a much better overview, better guidance when submitting a report and more. I can for instance set bug status as well as priority, and everyone can easily filter by these values. You can find the new section here:

    https://www.unibetcommunity.com/bugreports/

I’ve also decided to improve the rewards a bit, so for the next 3 months (March, April, May), you will have the opportunity to get:

    • 2500/5000 (€25-€50) bonus points for each submitted report that gives us enough info to realistically reproduce the issue or find the root cause. 2500bp will be for smaller issues and 5000bp for bigger ones. Typos, promo terms etc. are not included here, but we’d of course still love to hear about them.
    • Valuable contributions to existing reports (if you for instance help identify steps to reproduce the issue) will also trigger this reward.
    • 2500/5000 (€25-€50) bonus points again when we manage to fix the issue.
    • Invite to a €500 (bumped up from €250) monthly centroll for everyone that contributed the past month. First one will run early April.

It’ll be decided, at my sole discretion, when something is deserving of the bonus points reward, and it’ll generally be paid on Fridays. It might sound a bit vague and unclear, but it’s rather simple. If you experience an issue once and there’s no way for us to identify why it happened, then I can’t reward with bonus points. It could for instance be the client crashed once, but it seemed random and there’s no dmp file with details (dmp file=crash detail file generated by special client version I’ll share on here after every release).
We appreciate all reports, and I will try to be nice about the rewards, promise 😊

    Terms & Conditions

Players from Sweden, Belgium and Denmark can not receive the bonus points rewards.

Eligibility for a reward is decided at the sole discretion of Unibet

Bonus points rewards will be paid every Friday

We reserve the right to change the promotion at any time

General Unibet terms and conditions apply

  9. I think it'll require exactly what you mention in the beginning: a small miracle in penalties. Can't see Finland winning in first 90 min, but bigger miracles have happened before 🙂 I'm afraid we might be looking at a 2-0, but hope I'm wrong

@Stubbe-Unibet Could you please send me detailed hexapro history for the period December 2023- March 2024?

Please reach out to live chat support. The issue they were having was resolved a long time ago 🙂
