It's one of the more difficult ones. You're right that we don't have it today, because it isn't in the interest of the worse players. Some of them surely want it and it'll mostly be used by the worse players of course. 

For now, I don't think it makes sense to put effort into this one. I'm personally a bit undecided despite being the kind of player that would use the feature. What players want - or what they think they want - and what's best for them, that is unfortunately often two very different things 🙂

That's just what I want to hear! 🙂 Will almost definitely do a small community promo for the format as well. Perhaps @Santa-Unibet will wake up from his nap as well, in time for some free banzai tickets

A few thoughts on the release and other things:

1) Changing the gamelab so the biggest pots no longer feature hands where someone 4b jams 600bb and everyone folds is a big improvement. 

2) The graphics on the Banzai 2.0 game are cool but I think they would be quite intense while multitabling. Can I request that there is an option to have more plain backgrounds avaliable? Four tables of banzai each with Bruce Lee in the dojo might be a bit much for me.

3) 'Squeezing / Peeling' the second hole card I don't really get. Its not really a sweat peeling a hole card vs say peeling the river when you are all-in. 

4) I assume that the promotions will mean rising up the banzai ranks to become 'Sensei' has some kind of monteary reward beyond the avatar / bragging rights?

5) It would be great to have some emoji to communicate to other players with messages such as:

i) 'I'm going on a short break and will return' To let people know you aren't sitting out for 8 minutes then just leaving. This is an issue in offpeak times when its not clear when someone sits out if they are done for the night or just having a break for the bathroom / to get a drink / let the cat in.

ii) 'Open another table?' (this might have to be on a cooldown to prevent people spamming it vs recs).

iii) 'GG'

6) I don't understand why regular SNs are removed in banzai, is this to do with the alt casino brands not having a mechanism to pick SNs?

7) With regards to the casino brands launch mission and the weekly missions for casino brands: Are these for Unibet players or casino brand players?

If its just for casino brand players then this is an odd advert, though tbf if it fills the tables with rec players from the casino brands then it would be GREAT.

1) agree, it is a bit odd the way it works today

2) not planned and not sure it will happen either. The game is designed for a different kind of player and I'm not sure we need to cater for the regs with the visuals, outside of offering the existing settings. Let's see what the feedback is when the game is live 🙂 

3) was a matter of complexity. Hole card easier to do.

4) no, it's the same across all markets, including SE, BE, DK and NL, so for now no monetary reward. Without knowing the complexity of such a feature, a rake rebate could perhaps be applied to the Sensei (could be half the rake for instance), but I'm afraid the markets where this wouldn't be allowed will complicate matters a great deal.

5) we can definitely look into adding a few more. There is no sitting out at new Banzai however. 90 seconds of inactivity and you're kicked from the table - this is to keep the flow and speed of the game intact.

6) no, not related to casino brands. We wanted the names to be themed and as mentioned earlier in the thread, it fits quite well with who we're targeting and the whole site philosophy

7) those would not be for Unibet but there will be more value through the Unibet banzai promos. Release notes are generally not brand specific, but I usually edit out the non-Unibet stuff (in this case I thought it was relevant to show that the game would be added to more brands and there would be promotions).

We just made a substitution. Took Hradecky off and put Neuer on. 

Last time you could earn tokens and this time it's purely free token on login so naturally adjusted the keeper skills a bit 🙂

I suppose scoring should be a lot easier now since Neuer is with a broken leg 😄

Banzai 2.0 will be enabled (just smallest stake for now) in approx. 10 minutes.

Also, we did manage to sign a new keeper, so afraid it won't be easier for you guys to score.

Sweet! How long will this "smallest stake only" thing last? If it will be until the official launch, I don't think it's ideal, it'll kill the hype

A day most likely. Game hidden again due to an assets issue. As soon as that's fixed, NL1 will be enabled again. If no further issues, other stakes enabled tomorrow

Any chance of Adding/Changing the Bonus_Shop tickets to something more appropriate for the game type? Something Like 👆This!

Also seeing the traffic is great at the other formats gives me hope Banzai NL2 and NL10 will appear in the lobby at some point and time.

Issue unfortunately more complex and will require new builds. We will probably push these tomorrow morning but Play Store and App Store need approval and will take longer.

So, probably some testing again tomorrow morning but game potentially not enabled fully before Friday or early next week.

Game is technically still there (the version with most assets missing), it's just hidden. That waiting screen is also bugged 🙂
