A13 Posted March 24, 2021 Share Posted March 24, 2021 Dear fellow usersAppreciate your time in helping me with my query.I spend thousands of pounds with Unibet and after a while realising that I never recieve any bonuses or loyalty rewards i decided to log onto chat and question why that was. They said that I have been blocked from receiving any bonuses and they cant give me a reason why.Has nyone else had this issue and hiw did they resolve it. I like using the site and curious why they wouldn't reward there big players instead of risking using them which they are close to doing.Any help would be appreciated. Was it one asking about your general satisfaction with the products and service? I deposit thousands each week and receive nothing back. Are you trying to keep your customers if so you are not dlig s good job. Why would I stay with Unibet when I can go elsewhere? The only thing that is keeping me with you is that when i withdraw my funds go back into my account instantly other than that there is no reason. The staff are rude (Lisa especially) and slow st responding. They tried to help but said it wasnt there department and I just really want to get to the bottom of it. Yiu dont reward you big players?? You want them to go elsewhere? Why would you not be sending them 100 pound free bets r 200 pounds here and there casino play. Please just check y account and see just how much I spend , deposit and play. Unfortunately this is not something I can help with, as I'm not responsible for any bonuses. We have a system in place that will automatically award bonuses, it's not a manual process. I am in the vip group and have account manager and still I don't get anything from them. And the automatic bonus system it's a s.c.a.m, never received something. In general players that are depositing a lot of money every week are selected to be in a special Group and everybody have an account manager that can help with different thing. At unibet you have 0 advantages. But for example on 3 other casinos where i have account manager, i am receiving weekly deposit bonuses, special promos and cashback. Since they've changed bonus politic about 2 years ago i think nobody gets any loyalty bonuses. Earlier i was receiving some freebets and i saw many posts at sports forums regarding bonuses. Lastly nobody says anything about loyalty free bets and else free stuff. Of course i really appreciate and enjoy competitions here, at the community but i think it's different thing. You can be just a bonus hunter who don't deposit nothing and don't play his own money and still win free cash.I wrote about this many times but nobody cares. Of course i like playing at unibet but when i have to choose from two different bookmakers i am choosing the other one(i will not say it's name here), they are providing 10% cashback from any lost deposit, here i got nothing, so i can say i am depositing here like 10-15% of my total deposits to bookmakers. Indo like the site but like you've said... if I can get 2 free rolls with my bread elsewhere....
