I really am starting to think they're not but even if they are I'm wondering if I want that variance. In my last 28 games I won 3, 2 of them 1.5x. That's ridiculous. I hit another 100x on stream today, I also hit my first ever 25x, finished 2nd in both. I played 131 games on stream and still lost around 7bi despite the big multipliers, which is brutal. They're also really tiring to play, 6 tabling. Here's a graph: I'm winning at pretty much exactly 1 in 3. I definitely feel like my true WR is probably closer to 36/37% but the variance is obviously huge. Without the 2 100x multipliers (which you're only supposed to hit 1 in 20000 each) I would be very much down for the challenge. Another thing to factor in is rake. 362 games at the lowly €10 games is still €247 rake which is a lot to be paying. My apologies for ending this so quickly but I feel like heads up is a much more solid and steady grind. For reference, here was the first week of October where I played solely €25 HU games and won 80bi after RB: Really enjoyed the couple of streams I did though, you guys were great as always <3

Thanks mate. I love the chair but the screw thread that holds the arm to the back of the chair came loose within a few months so that's a bit annoying for a £180 chair but can't fault the comfort!

Had 5 5x's in probably the last 15 games and not win a single one. The last one epitomised the session nicely. First hand I 3 bet pre to 100, both call. I cbet 120, player to my left jams, other guy snaps, I obviously call. GG. Super hungover but will try and do a stream shortly <3

Nesta, the challenge points will be decreasing every time because the initial project would've been based on whatever stake you were playing before. If you complete 20% at 25nl then 80% at 4nl you will obviously get fewer points than initially projected. GL with the grind mate!

Thanks for the messages guys. I'm going to admit that when I went to bed last night I was done with Hexas but after sleeping on it I'm going to be continuing for the time being. It's a battle between one part of the brain that says these must be beatable given the standard of the player and the other part that shows me losing a lot of buy ins. On one hand you have a guy calling flop and river bets with 6 high: But 2 hands later he gets all the money (all in pre): Obviously it's just variance but can be super frustrating at times, especially when magnified over hundreds of games a day. I haven't streamed yet but if I do one it'll be this afternoon at some point. Will keep you all updated.

Thanks Toadfish. I'm not going to lie, I'm definitely regretting creating this thread already 🤣 Today I played 308 games at the 10s and managed to lose 46 buy ins. I played 14 games after the last update and won ONE 1.5x. Starting to wonder if they're just going to be a rake trap at best, going to sleep on it then decide what to do in the morning. The craziest part is 97 wins out of 308, which is only 6 wins short of winning more than 1 in 3 games, yet I lost 46 bi. Quite hard to comprehend. This is today (114 games as part of the challenge, 192 from before):

You may well be right @Merenitsu Anyway, first 1% (100 games) done in 2 hours. The results are: Despite winning 36% of my games I racked up a 5.5bi loss. Not helped by the fact I lost all 4 of my 10x games, mostly in ridiculous fashion. If I win even 1 of those I record a profit for the session but not to be. Below is how many games of each multiplier I've won and not how many of each I've had (I don't keep track of that - would be too much effort). The expected column is how many games I expect to have won at each multiplier based on how many games played so far * percentage each multiplier hits divided by 3 (assuming I win 1 in 3). The difference column shows whether I'm above or below this in euros. As you can see, €153 below where I would expect to be just at the 10x, which is the difference between -5bi and +10. Running good at the 3x I guess. Finally, a graph:

I don't think he calls if he doesn't hit the 7 but he probably also has plenty of PPs in his range that are more inclined to call when the second ace hits. It's high risk for the potential reward.

Well, that's the plan anyway. I'm taking a break from the usual heads up grind because I'm running worse than @Merenitsu and I even lost over 30 buy ins today playing Hexas but they're soft and if things turn around I reckon I can make a decent chunk over the course of the month (plus a nice number of challenge points). Therefore the plan is: 10k games at €10 level, maybe some €25s thrown in if it's going well. 31 days to complete it. If I lose 100bi I will be done with the challenge. 322.5 games per day needed to complete this. If all goes to plan, 690k challenge points. Will update daily of course! Let's go <3

2 issues with the above: 1) It gave me neck ache trying to read it. 2) Your average €5/10 MTT player will look at it as simply as "If he had an ace he would bet the flop".

New MTT format - Everyone gets paid their buy in minus rake. As others have mentioned all this does is move the bubble to someone else, pointless.

500 stacks would be starting at 10/20 blinds, 25bb, same as all major sites. If you are shove/folding at 25bb then you're not playing correctly.

Great few days in Malta. Was good to meet you all @JeppeL @Stubbe-Unibet @RayL @Hotzonicu @FeelsBadMan @Psycho79 @radge1 @jonny2192, have I missed anyone out!? Not forgetting @Patric-Unibet (whom I’ve met previously) Gutted to finish 25th in the main event but happy with another deep run. Definitely feel like I have an edge on the majority of the players in the UO fields so going to try and satellite to every stop if I’m not earning packages through CPs. Hopefully see you all in Paris!
