You mean when winner of qualification match proceeds?

We're running a quali system where a little over 50 teams fight for 23 open spots. Polskis, you get Faroe, Albania, Moldova and the Czechs to finish in the top-2. Polski's response:

B-b-b-b-b-but what about the Nation's League? OK, if you beat mighty Estonia at home and then sneak by Wales/Finland, you're in. Polskis played 10 quali matches and won 4 of them: Twice against Faroe, once against Estonia and once against Albania. Congrats!

That is why i asked about Undav, wouldn't he be more clinical with finishing than Kai and better helping team than Fulle?

Again, Nagelsmann seems to look for Havertz to make runs in order to open up space. But maybe things change during the tournament. Having said that:

Otherwise not bad imo but you really have no better option as striker than Kai? Or are flashscore lineups fakenews (again)

From what I understand is that Havertzzzz does what he's told and Nagelsmann wants his speed on the pitch to open up space. Fülle would be the next man up, however if he doesn't get in scoring positions, you're playing with one man less. Undav is behind Fülle. Offensively, Führich was subbed in first vs France and Holland and Sane will come back for the Euro.

How on earth did Polska qualify? What kind of shitty system is that?

  3. Germany-Netherlands today with Nagelsmann fielding the same team as he did vs France. Not that I care at all, but this should also be the starting lineup for the Euro. Imagine that, Rüdiger - Tah being your CBs with Koch - Anton backing them up. :classic_blink:

Bayern-BVB this Saturday and the BVB can really prepare now, since we don't have National Team players anymore!

while it is now clear that Nagelsmann will not be the next Dortmund head coach, his future remains very much open.

We'll see, but I'm getting a little concerned here! I cannot take another year of Terror-Edin and it might be too early for Nuri. However it seems like that Mislintat is coming back to the club, so hopefully our scouting department will start delivering some gems again.

Finished "The Gentlemen" recently and I'd say that it's a good recommendation. Especially in a sea of liquid trash today's streaming world, it's OK. However I also have to agree that the last 2-3 episodes are falling off a little. To compare, squid game was better and fell off even stronger over it's last 2 episodes. But if you like those Guy Ritchtie gangster movies, you'll be entertained.

Hi/Lo games are great fun, Omaha especially when it's pot limit. No limit O8 is kinda crap, but that's just my personal take on it.

Yeah, it's funny how people always go for the low, when there's a 40 % chance or so that there's no low at all. What don't you like about NL O8?

    29 minutes ago, Purps said:

You should try out 7 card stud Hi/Lo also. Great game 👍

Due to tax reasons for Germans, cash games are off limit. But I remember playing these games maybe 10 years ago. I had no clue what I was doing. Do you have any experience playing Stud MTTs?

    31 minutes ago, Purps said:

But what the hell are those payouts!!! That's like PKO prize distribution ( without the bounty part ) on a regular MTT. I don't get it at all 😕

Me neither. I thought, well maybe we then play for a bounty or a tournament prize of 10 $ or so. But nope, winner of the HU gets 7 cents and the honour of winning the tournament. 3rd place received 25 $. But you can check it out yourself, it runs everyday at 0:15 GMT.

2-0 win in France with Nagelsmann's new team, save to say that Hummels, Süle, Schlotte, player of the year Emre Can, Brandt, Adeyemi and Moukoko can now start booking their summer holidays already! Hopefully the BVB bosses don't fuck up for once and fire Edin in order to pick up Nagelsmann for the new season.

    Speaking of the BVB:

Bild is reporting that the Old Man, Emre Can, Bense, Haller and Özcan are allowed to leave. Reus and Hummels are now rumoured to retire after the season. Malen is on his way to the EPL (75 M + boni is the least I'd expect). We could be looking at a completely refreshed team next year.

  7. After some time I would like to share some positives with you:

Inspired by the unibetcommunity's cuddliest member, @Farseer, and after watching a surpisingly good educational series on youtube, I decided to get into Omaha a little. I played some SNGs to get a feeling for Omaha, High/Low and bounties in order to then move onto MTTS. Today I played my 3rd Courchevel MTT:

    image.thumb.png.74cbcb25ed09554ee4711afc598f90fb.png

Courchevel, you might ask? That's 5-card Omaha H/L with the first flop card being visible all the time. Pretty interesting game and most guys have no clue. Even I made the mistake of chasing for the low one time during my run, only to realize afterwards that I didn't even have a low draw.

    giphy.gif

I cannot even imagine the cognitive issues some half drunk Finns, Brits or Canadians are running into playing this game. :classic_biggrin:

Having said that, I still went on an absolute heater towards the end, taking out half the final table in the first hand, and went into HU with something like a 5-1 chips advantage. Well, well, well:

    1st place: 42,00 $

    2nd place: 41,93 $

    giphy.gif

Lolsy opponents and a lolsy structure, I might play that more often and see how it goes.

I'll watch Shogun once all episodes are in, however I had to set it up for my father to watch, who read the book, and he likes it as well.

@jerry Does this show run on TV Polonia or Polski Sat as well?

    image.png.e59743359cc10d2174df26efe6abca06.png

I don't know what made me watch it, however they marketed it as a dark and gritty mystery thriller and corrupt journalists propagandists were praising it was well. Usually I know better that to trust anything coming out of German Public TV, but Babylon Berlin is also in part produced by ARD and Dark was great. What can I say? An absolute pile of crap and the worst part? Half of it was in Polski with subtitles!

Malen had better numbers in Holland than Gakpo at Eindhoven and Antony at Ajax. Over the last 365 days, he's scored 19 goals and 8 assists in the Buli.

Lidlpool needs more help! I know, I know, @Livertool, it would be the best case scenario if you could always invite your gf/bf to your home and serve xir a nice Dr. Oetker pizza you got from Lidl for 2,59 Euro. However sometimes you need to spend some money and go out to a pizza shop or even a restaurant for dinner. Having said that:

    giphy.gif

Important 1-1 assisted today again! All in all, the whole season feels deflated now. Yes, the BVB won today, but in 2 weeks we'll get gangbanged in Munich again and after that Stuttgart comes to town. Followed by Gladbach, Leverkusen and Red Bull. Cannot wait for Terror-Edin being replaced with Nagelsmann.

Could be worth more to you keeping him in the club and get some results straight away when next season starts.

75 M + boni and he could be all yours! Wait until he makes some moves in the UCL 1/4-finals or even in the 1/2-finals and his price will go up. There's also the Euro in the summer.

Well, well, well...The top-8 clubs in Europe. Lidlpool just needs more help!

Simeone vs Terror-Edin: Under 1,5 goals for Atletico vs BVB is at 3,5. Sounds like a value bet to me. Atletico seems beatable, however how are we going to fire Edin then???

The BVB also clinched the club WC in 2025 and there are reports that ManU wants to sell Sancho for 35-40 M. Honestly, that's a good price, especially if we can transfer Malen to the EPL.

You mean the same Edin who used to be Technical Director in 21/22 and was heavily involved in planning the squad in 22/23 and 23/24 as well? The same Edin who refused Edson Alvarez, yet wanted to extend Emre Can? The same Edin that refuses to come up with a plan to incorporate Old Man Mouki, yet is still OK with paying him 6 M a year?

That's one of my main points: Edin is mainly responsible for this squad! I said it before and I'll say it again, Leverkusen winning the title with such a performance and Watzke leaving will be the best case scenario for BVB fans. #SaveUsNagelsmann

Ok, might be it. Not saying anything about Maatsen since according to you he has been good but Sancho is story of his own, in my mind as loanee he should bring something extra in to field, like Maatsen, in order to take playtime out of your own players and so far no indication of such thing, not the little what i've seen him playing nor in the stats either.

So i find it little bit weird that he is still starter all the time, only explanation i could come up was that there is some amount of minutes quaranteed in loan agreement or then Edin & Watzke are too embarrassed to bench him thou they realize they made bad deal. People might start to ask wrong questions if high wage man is loaned to not play when otherwise you run team with quite tight financials.

Again, we're talking about Sancho, Adeyemi and Malen for two winger positions. Adeyemi has been injured so far and scored his first goal of the season against Union. So far we didn't even have the luxury of sitting one of the other to give Sancho preferential treatment. Against Werder on Saturday all three players seem to be fit together for the first time. However then there's also the chance of e.g. Sancho coming off the bench vs Werder and then starting vs PSV and so on.

Maatsen deal is ok only if they agreed a buy option. As its is BVB is giving play time to Chelsea's player and on top of that they PAY FOR IT. However BVB needed some body and Maatsen is very usefull and could be very much vital to defending top4 so maybe its financially ok deal. It similar deal to Carlos Alvarez with Juve who loaned Championship player with no buy option. Seem like its next step in premier leauge conquering Europe.

Maatsen is PL quality player and homegrown [fair play rules] so he is worth a lot for Chelsea. There is no way he will go below 40-45 with guys like Hall or Livramento going for 30+. BVB with their outgoings should easily afford that kind of deals but as we know they dont. Probably the only chance he will stay in Buli if Bayern hijacked the guy.

Maatsen is a good player, but so far he played well against the crappy teams. Kicker graded him 5,0 (1,0 is the best, 6,0 is the worst) against PSV, so we'll have to see how he does vs PSV, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Red Bull, Bayern and Leverkusen.

Again i'm baffled with Edin-hate. Just another game won where with Rose and 95% of other Buli trainers you would not won it, and top of it without Malen and with passenger Sancho. BVB under Terzic just knows how to win. With Rose you would be second year without CL and probably financially bankrupt. If you dont go past PSV, then yeah it will be a stain, but otherwise he is doing amazing job.

I'm watching every BVB game and let me tell you, it's all Edin's fault. We're 20 points behind Leverkusen and 6 points behind Stuttgart. Stuttgart was playing relegation games last season and lost Sosa, Mavropanos and Endo. The team is winning despite Edin, not because of him.

I think they will go past Lazio. Italians are in terrible form but they probably have that one lucky goal in them. So its still like 70-30 for Bayern but we will see. Have zero trust in Bayern now, some bet on Lazio will be most likely placed [maybe after 10mins if Bayern dont score early]

Posted about this already earlier with video but youtube took it down, here is pretty much same thing purely on numbers. As comparison Adeyemi who in my head is the one whose playtime is mostly taken away by Sancho and if that is right, i would choose my own guy over loanee with no future in the club 100 times out of 100.

GM Kehl was on TV yesterday answering questions about the BVB. Of course, similar to politicians talking about engineers and astronauts, you have to read between the lines a lot and look for what he's not mentioning. He made some interesting statements about Maatsen and Sancho, similar to what I'm telling you guys all the time. The BVB is interested in bringing them back if the price is right. Selling Malen for 75 M plus boni to Pool/ManU/Arse would be enough. In addition to that, we also saved some Euros here and there with Meunier, Gio, Blank, Rijkhoff.

So I don't think that Sancho has no future at the club, it might however be a little bit complicated. Having said that, without Sancho the depth chart for our wingers looked like this:

    Adeyemi (Bynoe-Gittens)-                           Malen (Duranville)

Adeyemi suffers from pacey black guy syndrome: A lot of muscle injuries.

Bynoe-Gittens suffers from Katy Perry syndrome: Hot'n'Cold. Also not really working back on defense.

Malen cannot play all the minutes.

    Duranville is still growing.

Bynoe-Gittens is the only one really suffering from Sancho being there, however with 5 changes per game, there's plenty of time for him to get in, especially once we have to play all the big teams from mid March to mid April.

Just by looking at the ref, I was getting serious PTSD! So I checked his games and he was the clown that gave the ridiculous handball for PSG in the UCL match against the BVB. The first game, where Edin was parking the bus and the BVB then lost 2-0 in Paris.

Sure, hence i suggested that you buy him instead of loaning. We are getting so late in the season that you would be better of benching him already as he does nothing good in field atm and no point of getting him back in the form anymore. Better to give your own players playtime who you are planning use in the future too.

This is not FIFA. Sancho isn't really falling off, Edin just has no clue about getting him involved. Give him playing time and the results will come.

I said it before, bringing in Sancho for just half a year is dumb, because you need time to get him back in form. So his current performance has to be put in perspective. Again, it depends on what Sancho wants. Does he want to play football at a high level or does he want to collect a huge paycheck?

Malen apparently would like to move back to Arse. Ok, that is not so strange as he has done fine so maybe Arse could have some interest for him but regarding to rumours they are also after Mudryk 🤣 What brings some credibilty to it is that they already bought another flop from Chelsea in form of Havertz so who knows

Arsenal, Pool, ManU, all interested in Donny Malen. Well, well, well, I don't know whether 75 M + boni is enough here. 9 goals last season, 10 already this season. Mudryk set the market here, buddy.

Speaking of which, I remember when Leverkusen thought "here we go" in the summer of 22 for 20 M or so. Deal falls apart and in the winter he suddenly costs 70 M. :classic_biggrin:

The BVB fanbase is now unhappy with everybody, except Malen. :classic_biggrin: Even Sancho is getting criticized and I'm wondering what these guys expected? His performance was OK considering his long inactivity and his muscle injury.

Today we play vs Union and I have a very bad feeling here. No BVB player in fantasy.

Dier's contract extended automatically due to his playing time. This will be funny as well for next year: Dier and Guerreiro are Tuchel's players. Same for Boey. All in all, the perfect example of a double agent destroying a club from the inside.

So far, Alonso coached 49 Buli matches with a PPG of 2,16. On pace to 73 points per season after taking over a struggling Leverkusen last season. Last season, they also reached the Euroleague semi finals under him. It's not just one season.

Look at the player development under him. Grimaldo, Frimpong, Boniface, Wirtz, Koussunou...

Sure, but this can happen to any coach. If it can happen to any coach, then there's no "Alonso-specific" risk being associated with it. Tough to say whether it's what you need for Real, especially when they also add Donatello and Endrick next season, but for Lidlpool, it should be enough.

The BVB is playing Hoffenheim on Sunday and this game will likely put you to sleep. In no way, shape or form would I consider myself being hyped for this one. Hopefully Terror-Edin is history after this season, especially with Watzke leaving and Leverkusen winning the title.

Alonso very well could be next Klopp/Pep who gets things rolling the right way club after club but too soon to say for lack of experience. Reminds me the fuzz around Potter at Brighton, jumped to larger boots of Chelsea, failed and out of job since then.

Assuming Alonso wins the Buli with freaking Vizekusen Loserkusen Neverkusen Leverkusen, who last won the UEFA Cup in 1988 and a DFB Pokal vs Hertha 2 in 1993 or so, he would be the first coach since Kloppo in 2012 to win the title with a non-Bayern team. The first coach to win the league without Bayern or the BVB since Magath did so 15 years ago. Potter won nothing with Brighton.

    27 minutes ago, Livertool said:

If we look at things impartially and outside mass hysteria around him, sure this season has been great and they are sailing to title with huge margin, maybe even without single loss, but some part of it is other clubs failing, lot of losses for some and BVB too many draws. Last season of Leverkusen wasn't that great, infact quite poor compared to earlier seasons so they have done good job as club way before Alonso took over.

    giphy.gif

    • Leverkusen is on pace for 90 points. Since 18/19, Bayern won the league with 82, 78, 77 and 71 points last year.
    • Bayern currently is on pace for 78. 7 points more than last season.
    • Alonso took over Leverkusen on MD 9 last season when they were in 17th place and did lead them into the Euroleague

They're playing great football and still have chances in the Euroleague and the DFB Cup. He's the #1 coaching prospect right now, way ahead of de Zebra.

Hopefully he stays with Leverkusen, to play UCL with this team and then move on to Real. Lidlpool is beneath him and a bad choice to follow Kloppo. However a better potential selection than Bayern.
