The Lidl seems to be closing earlier than expected!
Which bitterness? The first two Dutch players on your list are actually good players. I think you need to finally spend some money and give Arne a compatriot for your offense. 75 M + boni and Donny Malen could be all yours.

Buli-bros, I think I'm going to finish the Buli season a little earlier this year and skip the next 4 BVB Buli games:
Red Bull, Augsburg, Mainz and Darmstadt with nothing left to play for anymore. RB could be fun, but I don't like these 15:30 matches. Mainz is an 18:30 game, but yeah... 💤 I'm not expecting anything worth watching.
The UCL is what counts now:
25 °C next week, so this could be an electric atmosphere in Dortmund, especially with our old friend Dembele returning...

Lars Ricken (shot the famous goal in the 97 UCL final) is now the boss at the BVB when it comes to sport. That's a surprise, since current GM Kehl wanted that spot.
Mislintat is returning to the club to scout talents and develop the roster. Actually, I like these developments as it means that the club will hopefully focus more on developing players, as Ricken was head of the youth academy at the club and Mislintat has a eye for talent.
Now if we could only get rid of Edin...

Nagelsmann to stay with the German National Team!
Someone should tell these boomers that it's not the smartest idea to extend your coaches before a tournament.
However what is Bayern going to do now? Xabi? Gone! Nagelsmann? Gone! How lolsy would it be if Tommy T wins the UCL this season to then get fired and being replaced with Herrn Flick?

Quite an entertaining tournament:
- I was ahead for a brief time and comfortably made the money.
- Then absolutely no luck getting anything and I reached the FT in 5th or 6th spot.
- One chipleader from Romania started min-raising all the time which was OK for me as I planned to sneak into 5th place or so.
- Somehow made it into the top-4 with 1,5 BB left. 3rd place had 1,75. Chipleader had 50.
- I win the ensuing AI and then make a nice call with 856xx with 7 as the spit card.
- HU with the Romanian, being down 5-50 BBs.
- I catch him a few times and he gets nervous once the lead changes.
- After a few lead changes I'm suddenly card lucky again and go AI with QQxxx for 5 BB and the queens hold.
Incredible to see how people overvalue their low draws or their 2pairs in these games.

Back to Edin, that means bye bye to Gio Reyna and Old Man Moukoko. We have to sign Maatsen and Sancho, but the money should be there...

The PL just needs to spend more money. Lidlpool cannot demand to pay Lidl prices and expect to compete with the best teams in Europe.

I decided to pause a little and then to start playing much tighter. Everybody limp/calls, so I limp as well. If the spit card doesn't help me at all, I'd throw away AAxxx against a raise. KKxxx is the new 72o. If I'm going for the low, I keep the pot as small as possible.
2nd Courchevel win in 29 tournies, this time NLO. I like how you actually have to think a little bit playing this game. I'm now trying to gather a little more info/money on these lower levels before thinking about moving up.

The best game of the season and no one really fell off! Sancho, Brandt, Sabitzer, Fülle, Maatsen, Schlotti, Kobel. They all had their great moments!
