  1. @LivertoolBecause your play didn't look like a fullhouse or quads. Over pair should have a long tank and might fold to that bet. A shove there doesn't make any sence if you have a T in your hand. That's what he was trying to tell yiu he had when you told him that you don't have it. He was not pot commited before that check-raise. He was commited after that raise.

If he had set, i would imagine raise. Pocket J-A raise. Draw or underpair call. 78 could be raise, especially with clubs, to get some value for hand.

Set is a bet there yes, but never that big. Pocket JJ-AA is a big raise to protect your hand from flush/straight draws. 78 was ruled out already with PF play.

Why not all in there then with just draw if he was commited?

Because it was a bluff, which tried to get a fold from you. Your play didn't look like a fullhouse or quads. After he bluff raised he was basically commited when he needed only that 20% eq to call. Flush draw alone was enough. If you had KK with clubs it would have been the worst hand he could bump into.

  3. @LivertoolOkay, maybe his c/x on turn was questionable BUT..

What are you trying to say you have with this bet? Sb opened 4x you 3-bet and sb calls. Everything goes as I think it should. But now you are betting 3/4 of pot? Doesn't look like a T, 99 or a straight. Easy call. And after that call, you can't ever say that he has not a T, 99 or straight.

Here. He chekcs you bet BIG again, which looks less like a T, 99 or straight. He could fold, because I would guess over pairs at that spot. He decided to raise which basically made him pot commited when he needed only 33%(E. He needs only 20% here. I was looking at his stack first but he doesn't need to go all in.) to call your shove. And with the straight and flush draw he gets it against over pairs. Even against straight. But why would you have 3-betted 78 PF. So that's basically not an option.

I'm no expert but this is how I see this situation.

Average odd should be at around 1.7-1.8  as my odds vary from 1.4 - 2.7.  Usually, I put more Units on the lower odd if I see value.
I have some great knowledge about the Regionalliga and friends who are connected to the league and attend all games. Therefore, I expect a decent hitting rate there 🙂 But lets see - it is all about fun. In the past, I made some good profit with selected top picks, but I tended to spew the winnings by gambling from time to time 😄

My target is to reach 1150 Units until the end of this year - setting up a big target here, I know.

That is. It basically means 600 bets untill the end of year, if you average 5 units and 5% ROI.

5 units (should be 5 out of 10)

I am very conservative with the BRM - and this statement should meant to be sarcastic!!! 🙂

Pretty sure that I will achieve a ROI of 5-10% 💪💪💪

GL. You need to have a huge hit rate to achieve that 10% with those odds. Even 5% seems hard but I assume those odds are in the very low end of your bets?

  6. "Even though the contentious campaign produced no convictions, several restaurants are now under investigation for shady financial activities.

“The Tax Administration is carrying out an extensive audit of restaurants that has resulted in several charges of suspected abuse,” reports Lamminaho."

I used to work in a pizzeria when I was studying and as far as I know it would never have been profitable to sell pizzas under 6€ if you have to pay salary for someone and taxes too. In Oulu they used to sell pizzas as low as 4€ when this campaign started. You can't find anything that cheap from there anymore. Coincidence?

  7. @MerenitsuI think the question was more like "Where would you want to be in a year"? That's something everyone should ask from themselves every now and then. You made a nice plan to begin this new era, but it fell flat after a few days and a little dip on results. It's of course positive, if you can manage your nerves better these days than five years ago, but you've still got much to do. Don't just settle having a one winning day, ten break even and one huge loss which ruins everything.

In fact, I have not lost anything. From 50 cents was able to rise to 8 euros on the 3 table in Omaha.

  9. @PicklemanYes, I know this. I was moved to the table just during the soft bubble so didn't really have any reads on the villains. I opened 4x some hands and shoved/made a large enough bet to force them all in when there were opens or limps. That guy open-called the first hand and limp-called second. Can't remember if those were the only hands of him there which he played. And I was playing FT bubble same time on other site, so I really didn't have any focus on this table. I'm too used to it, that in games I normally play people usually know how to fold on the bubble if they've reached that point 😄

  10. I were just looking at the Hall of fame in Game lab. There's just insane plays. And then there's the luckiest guy on this planet.

I had to see the percents when I saw these plays. PL400 both.

  11. Damn. I don't know if I should feel stupid or not. Was leading the 2€ one with a huge stack in the bubble and a middle stack calls my PFAI with KTo😆 I was still biggest stack on the table and he calls my all in on the next hand with KQo. He won those both with High card. ICM is for poor or wise people they say. Which one was he/she?
