That's probably true. But knowing how many bugs there is and how those are handled here, I wouldn't be surprised if you would have already known about this. I'd be more surprised if non of Relax/Unibet had thought about this or noticed it. Doesn't really take much as the same thing happened at least two weeks a row. And this came way to confidently. There was a lag yesterday for me also in the clients leaderboards. When I logged out and in again the pop-up shoved me the correct place I was at that moment, but the leaderboard sheet had still the old scores.

I have no problem playing any format of this game. I know for sure(and have pretty reliable evidence too) that I'm a winning player up to 200NL/PLO and tourney's of 100d. And I'm kind of a fun player still, as my income doesn't relay on Poker anyway. The only thing I demand is that has to be between 06.00-20.00 CET. I like to sleep at nights 😄

You really missed the point by a mile here. It's not really at all about your poker skills. Yes, you are in profit on every site we can see and that proves that you can play poker. But that doesn't make you a verified Online psychologist. That doesn't give you any kind of right or freedom to analyze people, calling them names and/or give them any kind of life advices. That's a "void", not invalid. If you bet O/U 12 with asian lines like you did and there's exactly 12 points scores, you'll get your money back. So that's not a win.

Would be nice to know the EV of unplayed and "cancelled" spins per month. I just tried out last week on other site to cancel Relax freespins on purpose. Went to CS and they re-activated those in 5 mins. But for the owner of Relax Gaming this is not possible 😄 Or is it because they want to show this way how much they care about the customer experience?
