You should have got an email but looks like you're opted out of marketing emails and for some reason they sent it to BE players through the marketing channel rather than direct. The registration desk will have a list of qualified players names and the days they're registered for so you just need let them know who you are, show ID and you should be good to go.

Winners can be random too 🙂 Example: If the flip is on a single table, then only one player can will all the chips in the hand (assuming no chops) and they finish 1st. Everyone else technically finished joint 2nd as there are no side pots or chips to play for so if the flip has 2 or more prizes, the extra prize(s) are awarded at random, rather than by hand strength.

Hi, These tickets will not be extended. You've had them since the end of January 2022 and €10 UL sats run nightly so you've had more than enough time to use them.

Exchanger rules and the validity periods are there to stop hoarding, why would be increase the validity? If I had my way the exchanger tickets would have been 7 days, you got lucky 🙂 You don't need a month to play a €2 tournament that runs multiple times a day so the ticket validity isn't going to change.

Pretty much :(. They're not attacking us or Relax specifically so it wouldn't be up to us to deal with any demands. It's not really the attacks that are causing the issues for players, it's the tools being used to fight against the attacks being a little too aggressive and blocking some legitimate traffic. They can't turn them off because then nothing works for everyone, so we just have to endure the temporary pain.

@itsjustvariance You were unregistered last week. As a FYI @AbvUrPlayGrd, This isn't a real tournament, it's a holding tank for players wanting to play Day 1A of the Belgian Poker Championships. It doesn't allow players to unregister by design so there is no confusion with players registering and unregistering near the start of the event.

It's been looked at, and the cheeky monkeys involved have been punished accordingly.

The original post is quite clear about why it's happening and why we can't do anything to fix it.
