  1. Yes, best place to check is gamelab. They're also shown here: https://unibetpoker.com/banzai-cash-game (but not on mobile devices).
  2. Looking forward to following this one. Wish you some peaceful healing and good luck in Vegas!
  3. Probably end of next week. Will post more info later
  4. No, it was automatically deleted from there, after 3 days. It couldn't be moved over to the new section, as bug reports aren't forum threads (else I would have moved everything in bulk). There's unfortunately no way to recover this one. I've given you some BP anyway 🙂
  5. Some confusion here. Maybe my bad. I moved it temporarily to General Poker, so it could be moved under bug reports. It was since deleted automatically (set it to delete after 3 days) and doesn't look like it was added under the new section (you had to move it yourself, by copying content and submitting it under new section - think it was mentioned on Discord, but sorry if it wasn't clear)
  6. Another batch of bonus points added! I'll remove the thread from "Our best picks", but that doesn't mean the bug hunt has ended. There're still rewards up for grabs, for good reports and info 🙂
  7. Thanks for the report! The accounts have already been closed, as they were flagged automatically as well. In regards to compensation, it depends on whether funds were confiscated (I haven't had time to look into the details yet, but it's being handled by another team).
  8. Looking out the window here in rainy Denmark, it's hard to see the spring is here, but the calendar does say so, and that means: Community League - Spring 2024! This time, we're running the league for 3 weeks, with 3 tournaments for four days of the week - for a total of 36 tournaments. We've got more than €500 in leaderboard prizes, "the treble jackpot" and the unique leaderboard avatar (this time the spring shark) as well as the avatar for tournament winners. For chat during tournaments, head over to Discord: https://discord.gg/mKrgJxDH6P. Remember to play with your community alias, in order to qualify for leaderboard points and the potential "The Treble Jackpot". Schedule Buyin is €5 in every tournament with one re-entry (2 re-entry in Banzai PKO) being allowed. All tournaments - including the qualifier flips - will be password protected. Passwords are just below the schedule in this post. 9. In order to ensure everyone is impacted equally by global connection issues, we've got an automatic pause of tournaments in place, whenever there're widespread disconnection/server issues. If your tournament has just been paused unexpectedly, here's what to do and expect: Please don't close the table, when the tournament has paused. Keep the client and table open. During business hours we will always try and keep everyone informed about what's going on. This is done here on the community as well as through notifications in the poker client. If the issue happens during the night, we likely won't be able to provide live updates on the status. For all HexaPro's, all SNG's and MTT's with less than €20,000 prizepool: if the tournament has not resumed again within 30 minutes, the tournament will be cancelled. For MTT's with a prizepool of €20,000 or more: if the tournament has not resumed within 60 minutes, the tournament will be cancelled. So in case of an unexpected pause, please keep the table open for 30-60 minutes, based on the above criteria. If the tournament has not resumed by then, you can close the client/sign out and be rest assured that the tournament will not resume. The actual cancellations and refunds do not happen automatically after 30/60 minutes, so the tournaments can remain paused for longer, before being cancelled. If an issue were to occur at 3am, it is for instance possible that the cancellations wouldn't happen before around 8am. When a tournament is cancelled, refunds are paid according to the cancellation policy found here: https://cf-mt-cdn1.relaxg.com/chew/rules/com/en_GB/tournament_cancellation_policy/
  10. Changed Priority to High Changed Status to On backlog
  11. Thanks for submitting the bug report here as well! I've been looking into it for a while, and we've finally identified the issue. Unfortunately, there're multiple teams involved and it might take a while before a proper fix is in place. I'm investigating whether there's a potential temporary workaround for the issue.
  12. It might seem very odd, but it is actually rather common that hand strength isn't considered in these cases. That of course doesn't mean it's perfect, and I tend to agree it'd be more logical or cause less confusion, if secondary finishing positions were decided based on hand strength rather than at random. This is from the tournament description of your tournament: "Secondary finishing positions are decided at random and not by hand strength or seat". As it's by design, it's not a bug, but it is something I'm considering putting on the backlog eventually anyway, as an improvement.
  13. It sounds like someone is trying to copy
  14. @Greg8 thanks for the report! Can you confirm if it works, when you switch to your local language instead of English?
  15. NB the promo details aren't final yet, so don't focus too much on the taglines
  16. It was wrapped after 6-7 hours or so. I used a second thermometer to verify the temp (in the smoker) was correct. It's just that briskets are so difficult to predict, when it's bigger ones like this 6.5kg one (and that was pretty much fully trimmed weight). The fact that it had the pork butt just below has surely added some time to the cook, and then I think it was just a slow one at the same time, resulting in what would probably have been around 22 hours at 105 degrees, to get the meat to 93 degrees.
  17. Marking this as solved, as it's technically more of an incident than a bug. The tournament pause is a feature and worked as expected. More info here:
  18. Hey everyone. First of all: really sorry about this issue! I had just gone to bed when it happened and didn't see the reports here or on Discord, before this morning. What happened: Global connection/disconnection issue occurred just after midnight, causing tournaments to automatically pause Normally, this automatic pause would trigger alerts to the developers, but that didn't work The service desk used an old escalation process, meaning it ended up in no man's land I'll of course follow up on this one, to make sure that the alerts and escalation process works better for next time this happens. The automatic pause is great, when there're global issues, but we obviously need to then action it a lot faster than it was the case here. Also sorry for the lack of info during the night. It'll unfortunately always be tricky for us, as we're a small team, and I do need at least a little sleep every night 😄
  19. You get bonus points as you rake, all the time, but if you're thinking about level prizes then there's no carry-over of points, if you're in-between levels. See the full loyalty details here: https://unibetpoker.com/unibet-poker-loyalty-program
  20. Want to mention this side dish as well https://www.fivehearthome.com/creamy-cheesy-corn-casserole/. Never had it before, but decided it was a good choice for a big party, together with the brisket. It's incredibly simple to make, and it's just a really excellent match for brisket or other fatty meat.
  21. Wagyu beef doesn't have to be crazy expensive. There's a lot of wagyu mixed beef these days, and for some cuts, mixed is actually better than the real deal. I'd for instance never get a big Japanese wagyu A5 ribeye, but a wagyu mix is amazing for a steak. Also worth mentioning you really don't need that much meat, when it's A5 wagyu. Because of the fat, you'll feel great after just a small portion. In this case, it was wagyu mix, which I've found to be excellent for brisket. Full wagyu just becomes a bit too much, unless it's only brisket flat.
  22. As expected, it was hectic as hell and didn't really manage to take any proper pictures. The brisket played tricks with me and even after turning up the temp to 140 last couple hours, it wasn't finished after approx 20 hours... Next time, I'll plan with 22 hours for a brisket this size - it can always rest 4-6 hours in a cooler, when done. Overall, it went okay, but still feel rusty and it was a rookie mistake to count on the brisket being done after 16-20 hours.
  23. Well, well, well, having a kid sure does take up a lot of your time 😄 I have done some BBQ since the previous post, but it's frankly been too little, and I've forgotten to take pictures of it. Today, my dad turns 60, and my siblings and I have arranged a surprise party with +50 attendees, so naturally it was time to fire up the smoker again. This time, I'm doing a 20 hour cook, having both a 6.5kg brisket (Mollendo wagyu) and 6.5kg boston butt (Danish Duroc) on at the same time. It's a snug fit, but just managed: In addition to these, I'll be doing some pork tenderloin sous vide. Bought the sous vide half a year ago, for pasteurizing my mead (not a typo; I did mean honey wine, not meat 😄 ), but never got around to actually cook with it - the mead you might hear about in a different blog, but as it's obviously alcohol, it might not be allowed. Also doing a few picanha in the oven, but didn't take any pictures of those. It'll probably be quite hectic at the party later, but I hope I'll manage to take some pictures of the final product.
  24. It's great to see the increased activity (and quality) of bug reports, since the introduction of the "bug hunt", and I'm hopeful we'll get the other community sections going a bit more as well, now that it has officially become a poker-only community. To help get things going, I'll be introducing a "Blogger of the year 2024" award. To be considered for this award, all you'll need to do is create your own thread in Blogs & Stories section. In December, the winner will then be decided partly by community votes and partly by an internal jury where the community data will be key (views, likes, regular followers, general interaction in thread etc.). Full justification and key data will be shared, as part of winners announcement. The winner will get a custom avatar in the poker client (you decide what it should look like) as well as a unique badge on the community. Additionally, top 3 bloggers will get to play an exclusive €1 buyin tournament with the following prizes: €1500 Unibet Live package (includes buyin, travel money and hotel) €250 Unibet Live ticket €250 Unibet Live ticket While the blog doesn't have to be exclusively about poker, it must contain some poker content. Terms & Conditions Players from Sweden can not be invited to the tournament for top 3 bloggers Eligibility for a reward is decided at the sole discretion of Unibet December 2024, a poll will be published here on the community The €2000 tournament for top 3 bloggers will take place either late December or early January, once availability has been confirmed by participants The €1500 Live Package can be used for any event that we run a €1500 package qualifier for We reserve the right to change the promotion at any time General Unibet terms and conditions apply
  25. @jwill5555, the counter is for "game available", not the actual jackpots 🙂
