Quickly on the stakes for prize drop. Seb was originally planning to have it as mentioned in the terms (it's how its historically always been), but I pushed for changing it to what we ended up with. So now you know who to blame 😉 Quickly on why I suggested this change: I ultimately believe it's the most fair for the player base as a whole. The NL4 rake is so low (and games softer), and with three different tiers, compromises had to be made at higher stakes, if NL4 was to be included. At the end of the day, I felt it was best to focus on the higher stakes and leave out NL4. Another key point is the fact that NL4 players get much better rakeback from promotions like missions, relative to the rake paid. Some promotions favor NL4 (despite the lowest rake) and some don't.

There's generally not much downtime at all related to this. @fish8one perhaps it's due to you having a cookie saved and redirect not happening for some reason. You could try to delete the client cookie file in C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\cef

As it's a completely random drop (there's no benefit to playing higher volume etc.), it was deemed compliant 🙂

Apologies for the slow reply here, but it's been a busy week, and this is a complex topic. First of all; yes, players were involved here. I was not expecting existing regs to absolutely love this change, so your feedback isn't a surprise to me. I understand why you want the 2k stack back, and I am expecting to see a short-term drop in traffic in the 5 seat games. Ultimately, I'd like to offer a slower (compared to HexaPro) and more old-fashioned kind of SNG's. Unfortunately, there're circumstances out of my control, which could mean a drop of 40% in traffic, at 5 seat SNG specifically, in about 12 months. That could be the end of the format, if we don't manage to make the format attractive to a wider group of players. I'm not going to comment further on that here, but just believe me when I say that we likely want quite similar things here; Unibet offering a relatively slow and traditional SNG format. This starting stack change is a gamble, and it's of course a possibility it'll make things worse. However, I do feel it's worth a try, and I hope to combine it with at least one other change, as mentioned earlier in the thread. While I can guarantee the HU rake won't return to the old figure, I'm not certain that this starting stack change won't be reverted.

The old rake was frankly ridiculous, and I can promise we'll never return to such a low HU rake. That doesn't mean small adjustments can't be made, but boosting the most predatory and easy-to-solve format with industry low rake, that is a thing of the past 🙂 I'm confident this change is for the better, and I do expect less traffic at HU. The games are still viable and we have of course reviewed the data, before making the change. A traffic drop is expected and not seen as an issue.

Can add that I'll make some changes that'll improve the selection a bit for PL200-PL400 in particular. Should be ready for next send out

Quite the contrary. The bonuses not only take your own volume but also current site traffic/traffic liquidity in mind, and you should for instance not be asked to rake more than is currently possible at your stakes, looking at what your peers are managing. Your personal target is of course also determined by your past data. Again, you don't have to go for the bigger bonus. Just cancel that one and complete the easier one, which should definitely be doable (I did a quick review of the data at your stakes for last few days). This and last time two bonuses were added, it's been a test. Some really appreciate the better and more difficult offer, but it does look like it isn't currently working all that well in general. You might want to read my previous post again, as I did offer you a solution 🙂 I also do reflect on what you're writing, but you should also keep in mind I've got all the data, so making false claims is not going to help your case. I will do another review of your particular situation and see if changes might need to be made for higher stakes PLO specifically. Have a great day!

Hey @Dorin. This week, you got two different bonuses, and the more generous of them (both are pretty good I should add) is indeed very hard to complete. You can always opt for the smaller of the two. I can not give you more time now, but if you do everything to try and complete the bonus, but the traffic at the stakes just isn't sufficient, then you can contact me in 10 days and I might give you some more time (if I agree that you couldn't have done more to complete the bonus). Keep in mind the anniversary prize drop starts next week, which should help a bit with the PLO cash traffic 🙂

I don't agree with your choice of words; turning it into a gambling game. Obviously edge is linked to starting stack and game speed, but this is not suddenly some crazy hyper-turbo game 🙂 Adding a break: pausing SNG's between 00:54 and 00:00 of every hour, as MTT's. There's a really significant overlap between 5 seat SNG players and MTT regs, but it's currently hard to mix the two games. You can only fire up SNG's early in the hour, as otherwise you risk not having a break.

I'm not going to say the SNG format is unprofitable. First of all, let's distinguish between HU and 5 seat. If we focus on 5 seat, I still believe it has its place, even if it's doesn't drive much revenue. However, I'm not planning to revert this change. It's part of a bigger plan for the format, which for instance entails adding the hourly MTT break, as already mentioned. That being said, I do listen to the feedback and will obviously monitor the data, and it's not impossible the change would be reverted at some point - just don't count on it 🙂

And that answer is still true 🙂 Can't revive but can add new. However, we don't always add new tickets, if it's for instance a ticket from a promotion. It does make a difference whether it's something you've bought yourself in the shop or it's a ticket from a - often excellent value - promotion 🙂

In this case, you've lost €10, when it all happens the same week. Even though you had 100 at one point, 90 of this is winnings, so at the end of the day you lost €10 in the period.
