  1. Thanks for the report! I couldn't reproduce this one, so I've set status to awaiting feedback. Please do let me know, if you manage to reproduce it/experience it again!
  2. I actually had this one during our recent staff tournaments, also on Android. Was busy with other stuff on the laptop at the same time, so didn't notice when it break or have any clue about what might have caused it. Please keep an eye on this one and report any further instances! If we can figure out how to reproduce it, we've come far 🙂 EDIT: I should add that when I had the issue, I'm almost certain no gifs were shown at all; not for other players either. It could of course be no one else used gifs at the table for about an hour, but that's highly unlikely, as they were frequently used in the staff event. So possibly a slightly different issue to yours.
  3. @SkilfulPoker all the €2 should now be set to show one day in advance as well 🙂 Edit: went through all live qualifiers and fixed a few more at other buyin levels.
  4. Thanks for the update @Livertool! I'll close it for now, but if it becomes a thing again/it tends to break more often, when not on latest version, please update here.
  5. Thanks for the detailed report and screen recording! It's the same issue reported here: So "fix" for now is to not use autofill. Hope to have this one looked at after Easter.
  6. @Livertool, see the questions above. Especially the keyboard used is key here. In the past, we've had some issues with for instance just the default Samsung keyboard.
  7. Changed Priority to Low Changed Status to Awaiting feedback
  8. Changed Priority to No Priority Changed Status to Closed (won't fix)
  9. Thanks for the report, @SkilfulPoker! As @Livertool says above, it'd be a nightmare, if minimizing the app would kill your session instantly. The same could be said if you are using the website on your pc but then switch to a different tab in the browser; should we then kill the session as well? The session is killed eventually, when the idle logout time is reached, and this is generally how most apps work, for the simple reason that people switch between apps a lot and there's no security issue as long as you're eventually logged out due to inactivity 🙂
  10. Just confirming what @GR1ZZL3R says above. It is indeed intentional, for the reason mentioned above. As it's hard to miss the number of flops in the shop (as shown on your picture), I think it's fine to keep it as is 🙂
  11. The value does matter, even though I get your time angle. I frankly just have too many things that are more important than manual goodwill compensation of a couple Euro (check the new bug reports section for a bit of context 😉 ). Fair point with the expiry date in the tournament description. Only issue I see here is that we've been avoiding putting this kind of info, as it's all manual and ticket expiry times have changed on multiple occasions. I'm also not sure who it'd really help. People with many tickets will obviously be aware of the expiry times and I just don't see a recreational deciding to play a qualifier for a €0.4 ticket and then not be available at all, for the next 7 days (and even if that would be the case, one could just register for a flip). So there's probably very little value in adding it, as 7 days for these tickets is very reasonable, with the many tournaments available.
  12. Another round of bonus points added. If you have any questions, just let me know here or drop me a PM 🙂
  13. Thanks for reporting! The BB two hands in a row obviously shouldn't happen, and it generally doesn't. We looked into that a couple years ago, and back then it was extremely rare. As the code generally does work, we can't prioritize it, unless it's proven to be more common. As for the two players sitting out, it's a visual bug showing they've been dealt cards, and it wouldn't have shown like that in real-time at the table. This part, combined with the above, is interesting though and if you ever come across something similar, please do report it here 🙂
  14. Changed Priority to Low Changed Status to Awaiting feedback
  15. Next batch of bonus points will come either tomorrow or Friday 🙂 I've been on vacation and now back, but sick, so haven't updated many of the reports yet. They will all be reviewed and updated with status and priority, but it might take a week or two.
  16. https://www.unibetcommunity.com/bugreports/ Feel free to add it to the bug reports section, then it'll be reviewed and feedback added. I've got some thoughts on identities and leaderboards I'll share 🙂
  17. Changed Priority to No Priority Changed Status to Closed (won't fix)
  18. This is actually not a bug but a GDPR related change, so nothing we can do about it 😞
  19. Sorry @SkilfulPoker but can't extend these. As mentioned above, you could just register to future tournaments with the tickets 🙂
  20. What's the menu tonight? Only potatoes? 😆
  21. Updated the Unibetpoker.com page again - mostly the FAQ at bottom that changed. Unibet is a big company, and I'm not in charge of everything 😉 Again, for the promo pages, there's a copywriter involved, many local teams for translations etc. And the promo pages also have lots of technical limitations, when it comes to content display. I have full ownership of the unibetpoker.com domain, so I can change things however I see fit, and it's just one language. I was obviously involved in the design inside client, and while it was improved with the most recent redesign, I agree it could be better. However, simply using 2% instead of 2x could also be confusing, and we don't want to give the impression that the total rakeback is just 2% (as I recall, that was the main reason behind it).
  22. Yes, I agree it can be confusing to anyone, if you read both of the pages, due to different terminology 🙂 hopefully less so now with most recent changes I also agree the page on main site needs to be rewritten. It's a bigger project (primarily because of all the different languages) and something we don't control in the poker team. Will make point 4 more clear later today. It's roughly paid every time you pay €1 in rake (it depends on the level, with lower levels paying more frequently than higher ones, but it's basically happening all the time).
  23. I've updated the page on unibetpoker.com, to try and clarify this further. I really think it was quite clear before, but if you've first read the promo page on the main domain, it can be confusing, as I don't want to use the multiplier word, as it's just confusing (as evident from this thread). Feedback very welcome, as I really want that page, https://unibetpoker.com/unibet-poker-loyalty-program, to be crystal clear 🙂
  24. We'll pick this one up, as soon as we've fixed the issues with MitID and BankID. Really great stuff figuring out it's the autofill that's the issue! I believe issue started, when we stopped storing the username in a cookie/stopped remembering the username. EDIT: duplicate report here:
  25. It's possible we'll have it fixed within a couple of weeks. There has been work done on this recently. We're currently waiting for some legacy code to be removed, and then I'm hopeful we can make it work 🙂 And you're all right this is an ancient issue. iOS has been worked a while ago, but Android has been broken basically forever (long before I joined the team). I'll be back with in update soon (hopefully)
