When in HexaPro/SNG queue: we decreased the delay in removing players from queue, but more importantly we're now awaiting confirmation of queue removal, before actually closing the table. This does not apply when you just close the client. Fixed issue where playing multiple tables of HexaPro Extreme could cause the client to close. Fixed issue where player experienced crash when checking tournament lobbies (might still be some remaining issues related to this). This fix should also fix some MTT crashes that happen on first MTT hand. In recent month, a few customers have experienced issues on client launch; with loading assets. This issue should now be resolved. Downtime We are updating Unibet Poker server side on Tuesday 20/03/2024 05:00-06:00 UTC. Games will be paused during update. New SNG tournament creation disabled 1 hour before update. Update may be finished earlier
  2. Sorry about the lack of info when it happened again, but as it was in the night, I was sleeping. Also worth mentioning I'm currently on vacation. I'm following up on this one now, but everything seems to have been canceled alright (we fortunately had a developer able to pick it up in the night).   3. HexaPro lobby is back. Paused HexaPro and SNG will be canceled according to cancelation policy (refunds will happen automatically). MTT's should resume any minute now

  7. @Steffmoll, there is rakeback, see: https://www.unibet.com/poker/unibetpokerloyalty These bonuses are added on top of the "core loyalty". The bonuses will depend on your personal data, and they'll be more generous for someone dependent on the rakeback for profit 🙂

  10. Good stuff 🙂 There's a cookie file in the folder and it's technically sufficient to just delete that, but as Purps said, it's fine to just delete entire folder as it'll be downloaded upon launch anyway
  11. @startelver you absolutely can use the downloadable client. That page is shown if you've got a cookie stored locally, which sends you to old domain. If you delete the cookie file, it should work. C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker\cef
  12. Quickly checked your case and all seems to be in order. New account closed and withdrawal processed. You'll be able to use the original account when you're back home. NB appreciate this one 🙂
  13. Support definitely messed up in this case, and they shouldn't have asked you to create a new account. I'm sorry about that! I believe the Georgia account is suspended for good, as you shouldn't create a new account without a permanent address aka if you're on vacation. As for your old account, you might not get access to it before you're back. If you send in whatever they request, it should be alright, but let me know if you end up in a deadlock!

  17. I can add that mobile app and web client are still working okay. Windows and Mac only affected this time.
