I think it's difficult when there's only one community mod/manager at the events, as the first priority will always be to take care of the players there. When both Marco and I were in London (https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Unibet-Open-UK-Tour/Unibet-Open-London-2017-Live-Updates-Thread/m-p/72611#M1449) , I could take care of most of the updates and Marco handled a lot of the practical stuff. There were also a lot more community members attending e.g. London 17 and Bucharest, and the members posted more, as the threads were very active. With the community team being one man less today, it's obviously a challenge to send two guys, and it might also be difficult to justify financially, unless there's a lot of members. Personally I was really quiet on here for this one, as the event was mostly for workshops and team building with the poker team (I joined just over a month ago and @Michael-Unibet has just joined the team). At future events I'll try to help out the community guys a bit, and I also want to spend more time with the players there. @sgriff, at least the Unibet Open is much better this year than the past many years. Still room for improvement with the UK tour, but I know it's something the team is aware of, so sure we'll see improvement there as well. For the next community side event I'll bring my camcorder and do a live stream :)

This one has already been discussed. It's basically not great for the winning recreationals but it's great for everyone else as it makes the games softer and is better for the ecology. You can like or dislike a game format. So far it's been a great success and many players love it. This was for technical reasons - the tournaments sometimes got stuck. The issue has been fixed now and as Leo confirmed above, they are now back. Leo is looking into it as mentioned already :)

I believe almost the entire poker team will play the hyper turbo at 9, and we'll of course also join the community freeroll at 7. See you all later :)

@TTABKATA, with Kutucu, Sane, McKennie and co, everything can happen ;) Opening odds on Schalke was 7 at Unibet and is now 8.25. Give it another 5 days and the odds will be close to 10 :)

I play on Android's version and what is frustrate me: if you play on at least 2 tables, you must be very carefull, because tables are changing automatically and sometimes you make a wrong move, because another table suddenly displayed - it is the same with online version. May you improve it to: 1 table - 1 window? You can disable this in the settings. Simply untick the "Table Prioritization" in the settings and it won't automatically switch between the tables. Are you interested in testing the new version?

At least we're still in the cup ;) A cup win and progress from CL will make it an acceptable season. Still believe in the miracle against City :D

@Silver1, thanks for letting me know. Just to be sure: did you see it after or before the login screen showed and you clicked login? Next time it happens, it'd be great if you could take note of the exact time, as that helps a lot when going through the logs.

Anyone had this one recently? All we need is the date and time of when it happened.

It's great to see that so many of you are passionate about Unibet poker :happyshy: It's been really difficult choosing who to give access, and it doesn't feel great not to be able to invite you all. Depending on the success, we might want to add more members, and there's no such thing as a lifetime membership, so if someone never contributes, we will remove them from the group and a replacement will be found. It's been suggested a few times on here. Now it's happening! I've created a closed group under the poker section where we'll be sharing information about upcoming promos, features etc., and in general you'll just be able to get information about Unibet poker before everyone else. Last, but definitely not least!, you'll also get early access to new releases of the client, which should help identify and eliminate issues before the public release. If you're interested in this, please let us know below. We'll only take 10 or so customers on board in the beginning, so there's no guarantee you'll be invited. With this initiative we hope to improve the poker experience by getting you more involved. NB even though we do trust you guys, we will have to ask you to agree to the terms of a standard NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Hey guys. As some of you have previously reported, it sometimes happens that you get a grey screen when attempting to log in to the poker client. We're investigating this, but we've not got a lot of cases that we can actually look into, as I believe people will generally just close the client and attempt to login again. If you do happen to experience this issue, it would be a big help, if you could post in this thread and let us know at approximately what time you experienced it.
