  1. @Livertool @psrquack, as you point out yourself, it's a difficult one. You can hardly blame Unibet for the provider being slow, and it won't change anything if you go to a competitor - except you might not get those apology spins (or whatever it was) that Ray offered. I think it's difficult to change these things, unless the way support system is changed completely. I've worked on quite a few websites in my life, and as I only know basic html/css/php/javascript, I often need help when I don't have Eastern Europeans/Indians/whatever doing the hard work. Most of these sites have got a sort of online ticket portal where you can log an issue - in a way similar to the bug reports section on here (except the response time ;) and that it isn't public). Where the Unibet CS system is really contact focused, those ticket systems are issue focused, and that's so much better. Every single piece of communication (even if I reply by email instead of commenting online) is visible on the page of that particular issue, making the communication easy for both parties. I simply don't get why iGaming companies (applies to a lot of other industries as well), are not implementing this kind of issue focused approach. Furthermore, it's just stupid not to be able to see the current state of an issue. If Livertool could see the status "Pending Supplier Feedback", and the agent could see all the previous communication regarding the issue, there would never have been an issue. Most companies obviously have some sort of issue focused approach internally, else it would be pretty much impossible to keep track of things, but the customer should be kept better informed.
  2. You don't need to do further. They should have a look soon. You can also try customer service on the chat, but even though the initial reply might be faster, I think you're better off letting the community guys deal with it :)
  3. Someone made a mistake when doing the translation. The bet is certainly not on Alaphilippe not to win le Tour, even though the text says so - guess you know that as well ;) Bet should at least be voided, but in this case I think you should try to get the winnings as well. @RayL or @JeppeL will need to have a look for you :)
  4. Welcome to the community, @EyeCanSeeYou! Do you mind posting a picture of your bet? A bet like that would be at an incredibly low odds (actually very surprised if this bet would even be offered), so guessing you didn't actually bet on Alaphilippe NOT to win le Tour.
  5. However the transfer balance is only at -30 M, because you're unable to generate any income from your departing players. So the idea that Schalke is getting a stronger team (30 M investment surplus so far) is false if your best players leave for nothing. And yes, this includes Max Meyer (#3 Schalker according to kicker grades last year), otherwise Heidel wouldn't have tried to extend him for 5 M per year. Just look at the BvB, how it's done! So far, Diallo, Delaney and Wolf in, however we also made money by selling Sokratis, Yarmolenko and Castro. Schürrle will be next. I watched every single Schalke game last season, so I do feel I'm qualified to give me view on the importance of the players - even more than the stupid Kicker ratings :) I've never said I'm impressed with the way Schalke fail to get paid for their players :) Schalke is significantly stronger than last season. Period :) Schalke's strongest period was at the second half of the season, when Goretzka wasn't himself and Meyer went AWOL. McKennie and Bentaleb did really well when playing next to Goretzka. Again, Goretzka is an amazing player, and he can become one of the best in the world on his position, but last season he did not make a difference - he wasn't himself after the move to Bayern was official. Bentaleb, Mascarell/McKennie (and Serdar and Geis) are capable of replacing Meyer and Goretzka, especially considering how the two played last season. Add to that the signing of Sané (please don't compare him to :Hearts::Heart: Santana, when the performance and stats of the two are like night and day :)), Uth and Skrzybski. Kehrer and Di Santo were the weakest links last season, and I think Sané and Uth will be starting instead of the two. Especially Uth replacing Di Santo is a huge improvement - Di Santo has the right attitude and fighter spirit, but apart from that, he honestly doesn't have a lot going for him :D
  6. @WuDu, I don't - or at least didn't mean to - make that comparison. I highlighted the TM values to show how active Schalke have been. I did say Goretzka is a loss, but I'd take the newcomers instead of him any day. As I already mentioned, Meyer is only a financial loss.
  7. I sure did :) don't know of a better site with estimated market values? :) Avdijaj was valued at € 3mil when he was at his highest, so I'm not sure I see the issue? If you're referring to his release clause, I don't see how that's relevant, as it has nothing to do with Transfermarkt :) Schalke haven't been this active on the transfer market since the good old Magath days. Honestly not sure what you're expecting - Schalke aren't Bayern or Wolfsburg (thank god for that). I'm extremely happy with the signings, and I'm more optimistic about the upcoming season than I've been for many years :)
  8. @Kosmos, nice ones :) you could have shared them in this thread to get € 100 in cash :) https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Community-Promotions/Community-Big-Win-Tournament-No-holds-barred/td-p/162838
  9. Yeah, but on the other hand it'll make the entire season more entertaining. It's like betting on Schalke every game ;) Just want to add that Schalke is currently the team in the Bundesliga with the second largest deficit on the transfer balance this season, and that's despite getting a player like Sané (second best defender last season, Naldo the best, if looking at the stats) for just € 7mil, when his market value is estimated to be +20mil and Uth on a free transfer (market value just shy of € 20mil) Goretzka is a loss, obviously, but he didn't make a difference is the last 6 months, Meyer is only a loss financially, Coke was out on loan last season, and Pjaca never managed to make a difference. So, as mentioned in my previous post: Schalke look like a significantly stronger team this season.
  10. Still more than a month till the Bundesliga starts :dissatisfied: :dissatisfied: There's not a lot of offers on the site yet, but one has caught my attention Unibet got just 2.50 on Schalke to finish in top 4, and the highest I've been able to find is 2.80. As discussed above, the second place was a bit of a miracle last season, and it will be much more difficult this season, as there's also Champions League. However, I see the team as significantly stronger this season, and 16 % chance of a top 3 finish is a joke. Below my preferred lineup and the alternatives for each position. Fährmann Nastasic (Kehrer) - Naldo (Stambouli) - Sané (Insua). Caligiuri (Schöpf) - Oczipka (Baba) Bentaleb (Mascarell, McKennie, Geis, Serdar) Harit (Skrzybski) - Embolo (Konoplyanka) Uth (Embolo) - Burgstaller (Di Santo) Likely going to be a bit more defensive with two proper central midfielders, but the above is just to show how well Schalke are covered on all positions, and I don't expect the many games to make that big of a difference.
  11. 1000x on one spin. Total for freespins was +1250x :) still my most beautiful spin to date, as the anticipation for the next spin is also huge (the wilds move from right to left)
  12. @MrBandes, I don't see why Unibet would have an issue with this - it's only in their interest to keep the customers happy :) I'd feel safe sharing the cards :)
  13. @jerry I can look into this when I've got a bit of free time from the fantasy stuff, but I believe @jonny2192 already did some customizations himself. I believe most things are stored locally as simple png and jpg files, and if that's the case, it's easy to replace them and make your own design :) - should have a special community design with a unique table and cards :)
  14. Never really know how to convince someone like you, but the client isn't even developed by Unibet :) Poker makes up 2 % - 2 % - of the revenue, so sure Unibet will risk their entire business for making a few extra pennies from the most insignificant product - not even saying your speculation makes sense :) Even if you don't believe the authorities and companies testing and approving the RNG, you must believe in common sense :)
  15. @MILLER453 don't think you understand how a site makes money from poker. It doesn't matter to Unibet, if you win or lose - they'll win in any case, as you're paying rake. So Unibet always makes a profit on your loss, but so do they if you win - it doesn't matter to them. Unibet don't win anything by having a AMMLNG (Always Make Miller Lose Number Generator) instead of RNG :) And yes, of course the RNG is certified and improved :)
  16. i dont struggle i just stopped playing, saved me time and money, i play only 1 more special freeroll in june and then im done wtih unibet What's up? :)
  17. I certainly agree with that! Some players they're in love with, and others they hate - at least it seems like that. For Sane and Naldo it's not only about the Kicker rating though. Naldo scored the most goals of all defenders, and both won a crazy % of their duels - if I remember correctly they were the two best Bundesliga players by this metric. I've been going ❤️♥️❤️ insane with the Fährmann ratings this season, as that's what EA are using for their Fifa ratings, and he got a downgrade - he was already rated too low, and then they downgrade him. He's had the most clean sheets of all keepers in the league, but still he's rated as one of the worst keepers. In the previous seasons he had a lot more to do, because the defense sucked, so he'd get more attention and better ratings. This season we've been very strong defensively, so he hasn't had as much to do. In previous season, a match without much to do and 0 goals conceded would give him a 2-2.5 rating. In this season he's been getting 3-3.5 ratings for the same performances! Sure, for the first time in ages, he did have three bad games in the spring, but if you look at the full season he's been solid. #FOCKEA Yes, you're totally right that, on paper, Schalke doesn't have a fantastic team, and that's also why it was such a big surprise to many that they managed to finish second. However, Fährmann, Naldo, Sane and Caliguri (most underestimated player in the team) are not just average Bundesliga players (could include more players here as well), and a player like Harit has imense potential - I consider him a top 10 talent (or even top 5 aged 20 or younger) in the Bundesliga. You can do well without individuals, if the team is working together, and I don't see why it would suddenly stop functioning for Schalke. All that being said, I'm a bit afraid of next season, but I'll probably still bet on them to win both the Bundesliga and Champions League 🤣
  18. Sure, it won't make things easier, but I don't really think it'll be a problem for Schalke. Goalkeeper: obviously not a problem for Ralfi to play all games. Defense: with the signing of Sané, Schalke have got two of the tree best defenders in the Bundesliga, according to kicker ratings and stats from the past season. Naldo was one of just four players to play every single minute in the Bundesliga, so even though he's not young anymore, +35 games in a season shouldn't be a problem. Nastasic is the third starter, and then there's Kehrer and Stambouli for whenever someone needs a bit of rest. Defensively Schalke haven't been this strong since we had another amazing Brazilian many years ago, and I don't see any issues here. Wingbacks: with Caliguri, Scöpf and Oczipka only injuries can cause issues, and even then there's still Baba and a player like Kehrer can also play this position. No issues here either. Central midfield: the most problematic one, but further players will be signed. Meyer honestly isn't that big of a loss, and Goretzka didn't make a big difference either this season - he's been amazing before, but had a lot of bad games this year. I expect great things from McKennie, and Bentaleb, Serdar and Sané can also play the defensive of the two positions. For the attacking midfielder there's Harit, Serdar and surely another new signing. Wings/attack: hope for another signing, but Burgstaller, Uth, Kono (who really started to play well), Embolo and Harit is a decent selection - count on Embolo being out half the season though. With another two signings, I see the team as considerably stronger than last season.
  19. Rumours are that Leno is gone, maybe to Atletico or Arsenal. Yeah, sure he'll leave this summer, else this transfer wouldn't really make any sense :)
  20. @RedHotChiliP, not sure if you've noticed, but you're the only member on here who seems to be having certain "communication" issues. I believe your posts sometimes come across in a way you didn't intend, and maybe you should put more thought into the choice of words. Sure you won't be banned, but you should read the community guidelines. Let's try and keep it civilized and avoid communicating too much like Trump :) NB swearing never does any good to a discussion.
  21. I do agree that the days with "open" freerolls (password protected ones) are a ❤️♥️❤️ nightmare, and 1-2 hours before the freeroll starts till the end of registration, it's just ...... However, I do think that some of the new members are actually contributing with decent content, so it's not all that horrible, even though there's certainly too much noise - it's probably too much for the guys now, but imho the posts should just be removed, and members only posting "pass please"/"ticket please" - when they can't get the ticket/pass because of T&C - should get a warning before a temporary ban (it's essentially spam). Well, I think it's worth considering if these password protected freerolls should even be a thing anymore, considering the maturity of the site (here I'm not talking about mature content :D) and number of members. Might be worth considering if the free stuff (apart from rewards for contributions, like the weekly surprise) should be a thing of the past, and promos should be more like the community rumble (without freerolls), community league and slot tournaments for real money. Free stuff does equal more activity and better numbers, but the quality really suffers from it.
  22. Yeah, waiting for @JeppeL or @RayL to update the post with the code that I posted above
  23. Found an interesting special. It's essentially a H2H between Schalke and Bayern in the last 4 games - Bayern ahead with 20 points at this moment and Schalke got 4 points down to Leverkusen and BXB. Schalke have got the following matches: And Bayern these: With Bayern having already won the trophy and them still being in both Champions League and the DFB-Pokal, I could see them end up with 7 points in the last four games. Schalke are quite unpredictable, but I expect them to get 9 points in the remaining games. Unibet have also got odds 2.00 on Bayern to win with 18 to 21 points. Average market odds on the next three Bundesliga games for each side: Schalke to win against Köln = 1.95 Schalke to win against Gladbach = 1.72 Schalke to win against Augsburg = 2.22 Bayern to win against Hannover = 1.52 Bayern to win against Frankfurt = 1.44 Bayern to win against Köln = 1.32 I'm almost at 20 % for this bet to be a winner, so there's some excellent value to get. NB should be mentioned that Bayern didn't really slow down in the previous seasons, after they won the league - last year they won the last four games with 16-5 in total.
