GotKot99 Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 Hi, ”Is it could in here, or is it just me?” (from Demolition Man) - Sorry could not resist the quote. But the very issue I’m asking: Is it just me and my IPad Safari browser that the full screen button/option does not work? For instance, the ongoing Snooker championships give an option to watch full screen but pressing the ”logo” won’t do anything. The smaller window button/logo/option works just fine. Any ideas on this one? Does @Jami-Unibet have any clue? Thanks! 1
Purps Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 (edited) @GotKot99 Can't remember there being an fullscreen option ever during the time I've been on Unibet. The button just makes the stream a little larger but nowhere near to fullscreen level: From this: To This: That's the change on a desktop computer. I would imagine they don't let you make it fullscreen so that you couldn't "hide" the odds and betting options, but I suppose there may be other reasons also... Edited April 5, 2022 by Purps 1
GR1ZZL3R Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 I have the option to go from this....................... ......................to this........................... ................to this....................... ...............using the icons in the bottom right hand corner. PC though. "It turns out that 75% of all poker players think they play better than the other 75%."
Purps Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 (edited) @GR1ZZL3R I get the horsies to run on full screen also. Have you tried other sports? Edited April 5, 2022 by Purps
Stubbe-Unibet Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 No clue about apple devices and sports steaming but horse racing and betting are completely separate technical solutions. There's always a way to make a small window into full screen (technically speaking), but the quality usually won't be great as resolution of stream is limited. Afraid I can't help with any hacks for how to customise the stream window size, but maybe another member can Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions.
GR1ZZL3R Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 Just tried it on my phone (which I don't use for betting really, and has the option to go from about 1/3 screen to almost full, just a smallish black band either side in landscape mode. "It turns out that 75% of all poker players think they play better than the other 75%."
GR1ZZL3R Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 Not used it for anything else, when at home always watch on telly. "It turns out that 75% of all poker players think they play better than the other 75%."
FaiDeaEmo Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 Not sure if u have this browser option in your phone, but I usually use this option on my pc if u wanna try and find something similar : Basically at the Customize and control in top right corner of screen in browser(the 3 dots) I went from zoom 100% to 150% .
GotKot99 Posted April 5, 2022 Author Posted April 5, 2022 Ok. So this turned out to be an interesting topic! I have to post a screenshot from my IPad but I’m just too lazy right now…
GotKot99 Posted April 5, 2022 Author Posted April 5, 2022 But basically I have the same options as @GR1ZZL3R: Having the original small window and it featuring two icons able to make the window larger or fullscreen. Always had those on certain sporting events (not all) on my IPad and similarly in the bottom right hand corner. The problem right now is that, the fullscreen button doesn’t work - for me at least . 1 hour ago, GR1ZZL3R said: I have the option to go from this....................... ......................to this........................... ................to this....................... ...............using the icons in the bottom right hand corner. And just noticed myself that the Demolition Man quote was misspelled (darn this predictive typing). ”Is it could in here” reads like a philosophical nonsense - it doesn’t mean anything ! Well, I hope everyone somehow managed to catch the real word from the quote ”cold” not ”could” . P.S. I guess I will have to double check every word I write from here on… (GotKot99 You IDIOT) 1
GotKot99 Posted April 6, 2022 Author Posted April 6, 2022 So back to the business (and sorry for the lousy pictures taken in haste by phone). So the first one is the ”small window stream view” on my IPad and the second one is the ”larger window stream view” which activates when pressed on the icon being most right on the bottom corner. But there is the adjacent icon which previously has activated fullscreen mode, but not anymore. Don’t know what’s the issue here?!
Purps Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 (edited) @GotKot99 With Chrome on Win 11 I have a settings icon replacing your "other" fullscreen button. And this one button that I have is not the one that makes the stream go fullscreen. When I launched the stream, the other fullscreen button briefly shows in there but then gets replaced with the settings button ( settings only include an "autoplay" option and nothing else, which I don't think even does anything ). Go figure... Edited April 6, 2022 by Purps

GotKot99 Posted May 22, 2022 Author Posted May 22, 2022 Gotta post again regarding this topic my fellow members @GR1ZZL3R, @Purps, @FaiDeaEmo, and our revered @Stubbe-Unibet! For IPad users it seems - yet again - that this problem might be Safari-related. Because I just checked and the fullscreen icon works perfectly well with Chrome browser but not in Safari. Too shame, right now that the French Open and all could be watched with fullscreen option! Of course I could just use Chrome but I just seem to prefer Safari . P.S. And since these Safari problems extend to poker client as well (which is fortunately still playable while far far from optimal) - as been discussed elsewhere - it would really be nice to get these Safari issues solved. But as is my life song, I seem always to be involved with matters not so relevant and significant. I believe the UB Team is working to fix all these, so this is not a rebuke as such. Just saying… P.P.S. Thank You!
