Team Unibet Poker: 

We're currently experiencing issues with one of the poker servers. There's currently no estimate on when things will be up and running again.

Please wait with the compensation requests as we'll try to handle everything in bulk.

We do apologize for this issue and will of course compensate everyone in a proper manner - if not all in bulk then on request.

UPDATE: issue has been resolved (approx. duration 1.5h)

Hi,

I've been playing hexapro this morning and suddenly the poker window said it has lost connection. Unibet site was working fine, I had internet. After several tries to reopen the poker window, it gives me this:

It's so unfair. I had 4 x 2EUR hexapro ongoing. I demand at least a refund.

it's not for the first time when happens and i never been compensated for loss! i was playing a cash game right now and 150E multiverse. and my money dissapeared and the client is not working! UNIBET, I PROMISE YOU IT'S FOR THE LAST TIME WHEN YOU STEAL MY MONEY, COMPENSATE ME FOR YOUR BUGGY CLIENT OR I WILL GO TO YOUR CONCURENCE! it's not my fault that you're servers are down and steal my money from my account

Last time Unibet Romania told me that i remain with my lost money, they can't help me because is not their fault that site went down. How this can be possible? i will make a complaint to the Romanian customer protection? i want to be properly compensated for this situation.

and wtf is this that gettin message to support is so phukin hard. but u phukin emails on normal places. so idont have to do new account to message when proplems come. unibet support living dinosaurus age. fire all who support bs messages to support. but phukin that fukin support flag on top of thing becose now its hard to find a phukin place where i can tell how badly u running bisnes phukin idiots

wtf u and phukin talkin. u phukin email is phukin dinosaurus age. u cant send u support messages from normal emails. u phukin idiots living 90s its 2021. here u have to greate windows email to send u phukin message. wtf is this bs in pokerstars if ihave prolem i cna send email to u whit my normal email i dont  have to work new amail. come phkuin back to 2021. now u compensate all tournament players for 200e

Your account was frozen because you said - rightfully so - that you hadn't made the withdrawal.

okay but u real number i ring it and there was automatic phone message who speaks arabic. and can u but u email adres where to coplain.

We obviously don't steal any money. I don't see any compensation requests in the logs. If you contacted CS and they haven't created a case (and it wasn't handled in bulk), then please share the details here

yes u leader country is so good that u try to teach uss english what most off people dont talk. maybe its time to close english suoerior and change language when u gyus are irrocant briks. so u can go phuk u self

I was playing 4 tournaments this morning and a 5nl banzai table when the server crashed. A refund of the buy ins does not feel like fair compensation. When the server crashes players have to close and reopen the software, try logging in lots of times on different devices and then spend 30 minutes speaking to customer service instead of playing poker! Players cannot do other things incase the server is fixed and they are suddenly back in the tournament. 

This service is not acceptable for customers. A server crash during real money games, is a serious issue as it puts the integrity of Unibet poker into question. I have occasionally had similar issues with Unibet poker, and recently sent a detailed email to Unibet customer service only to receive a generic template email back. I have repeatedly asked to be put in touch with the specialist Unibet poker staff as not only do I feel that I am entitled to compensation for the problems I have experienced but I feel that my feedback as a regular Unibet poker player could potentially be valuable to Unibet poker. Unibet poker regulars contribute a lot to the company (paying thousands in rake, but more importantly keeping the player traffic up during off peak times and therefore starting games that otherwise would not run) and are not listened to by the company.

How are compensations not automatic? When the server goes down, every individual has to contact you and you refund them manually?

and u to dummy to understand. i still have to send them message from windows account. why i cant just send tehm messages from my gmail account. unibet is living dinosaurus age for this prolem and u suk their arses
